Wanted to rate this company better than this but could not after the experience we had ordering a banner through them. Expressed our needs through email correspondence and unfortunately needs were not met. Quality of product is there but customer service and communication could use some improvement.

I worked with Image360 for my client in their area. I was easily able to submit for a quote on the project and received a quick proposal back with fair pricing. I was communicating from out of state, but they were able to handle everything so efficiently it felt like I had been using them as a vendor for years. The project was quoted, printed, and installed in under week – I was incredibly impressed.

Image360 Bloomington did a first-rate job printing and installing the graphics for a CenturyLink utility box that had been installed in my yard. I really had the ‘A’ team on it - Owner Ambro Alvarado and Production/Installation pro Ubaldo Hernandez covered the ugly metal box with my big lilac art on a sunny fall day. It looks 10x better than I was expecting, and they completed little details that made it perfect. I could not be more thrilled, and the neighbors love it! I am the Project Manager for a large Contractor and we have a very large fleet of vehicles. We have been provided exceptional service, great products, and wonderful customer service from Image360. We have taken nearly 100 vehicles to them over the last few years and couldn't imagine going to anyone else. The office staff is wonderful, The techs are fantastic, and the overall product you receive is outstanding. I highly recommend them if you are looking to have anything involving wraps and decals done to your vehicle of any caliber.
