James was helpful but I felt a little pushed by him
My installation was $100 more than he quoted, due to fees and delivery. I got to my appointment and the device wasnt even there, yet. James said allow 3-4 hours, it was 7. Its a very awkward position to be in and he seemed to be talking way too fast.

They got me in at the very last minute. Friendly staff. One gentleman showed me how to use device when I had no clue how to work it. Overall a wonderful experience. I would go there again! :)
