I am a KS fan and I have been happy with the service that I've received while shopping at different locations. Yesterday I received exceptional service from Bailey at this location (her coworker was so nice as well). I came in to replace a ring that I lost & the service was warm, friendly, & professional. They had my ring in stock plus I bought some earrings that I had my eye on (bonus- they were on sale). It was a very positive shopping experience.

Worst customer service experience of my life. The sales associate was not helpful at all just stared at me and didn't answer any of my questions. Didn't seem like she knew what she was doing there. I felt like I was talking to a brick wall and she made me feel very stupid. I am very disappointed in this brand that was supposed to be very nice and welcoming. Definitely never coming back. Stay away at all costs.

Wonderful experience with the staff at mall of America. The entire staff working 11/20/2023 was so welcoming and friendly. Best customer service and especially from Bailey Collision-Prather!! Please give them Kudos if allowed!!

I normally don't write reviews but I had to because I had the best experience at Kendra Scott because of an employee. I walked in KS with the sole purpose of custom making a bracelet and I was helped by Bailey with brown hair from edina and she was the kindest person ever!! She had incredible customer service and was so kind and gave great information. She talked about new deals and convinced me to buy earrings too, such a great help!!

Overpriced made in China stuff promoted by evil, racist, bigoted influencers. I just cannot support a business who rides the waves of what's killing innocent people. Selling hyped up non precious metals for those prices should be a crime especially when a lot of designs are stolen from small, starving actual artists. It is not OK to crush others to get ahead.

I was shopping on the Kendra Scott website for a birthday gift and unfortunately the item I wanted to gift was out of stock. Mall of America - Kendra Scott is the closest location to me so I thought I would call and see if they had the item in stock. THEY DID! With all the specific stones and everything! Delana was SO helpful. She prepped my custom order and emailed me a photo to make sure it was exactly what I was looking for before she customized the bracelet, gift wrapped it and is shipping it to me! Amazing customer service! If I could give 10/5 stars, I would.

The sales women are wonderful. I had a bracelet customized with specific stones and she did a wonderful job placing the stones. They gave my toddler stickers when he was being crabby. Kendra Scott has some beautiful pieces and their prices are reasonable.

I don’t know if you have any rewards programs for your employees, but if you do, I want to make sure that Haley M is given something for her impeccable service. After spending a couple of days searching the web for a necklace my daughter wanted for Christmas, which I later found out was a seasonal necklace that was sold out on the website and at local stores, I started looking at some stores in other states. I found out that the Mall of America store had one and I called. Haley M answered the phone and from that moment her customer service and attention to detail was top notch! I explained what I was looking for and she found it. I asked if it it came in a box, she said no, but that she would send one so it would look nice, I also asked if it could be shipped and she said of course! After completing the sale over the phone, she said if i needed anything else, to please call back. I thanked her and hung up. After about 45 minutes, I hadn’t seen the email or transaction post to my card, so I called back. Haley answered again and again she treated me like I was the only customer she had. She checked to make sure everything had gone through properly and reassured me that the necklace was sitting there, boxed up and ready for UPS. I thanked her again and hung up. Today, only 3 days later ?, I received the package. I opened it up and inside was a Kendra Scott box with a beautiful bow on it. It’s so pretty that I don’t even have to wrap it! Haley brought light to our holiday season. Good customer service is sadly so rare these days that I had to send something to let you know what an amazing young lady you have working in that store. I won’t be one of those customers who tells you how to reward exceptional customer service, but I hope you’ll do something appropriate to show Haley your appreciation and mine. Great customer service, reasonable prices, gorgeous and unique jewelry, champagne while you shop (never thought I’d be able to shop in a place with booze ?) and 50% off on your birthday! Love it!

You can also get Kendra Scott jewelry at Arthur's Jewelers in Roseville, MN. It is not in a mall and parking is in the store's own private lot. Just thought some of you would like to know this useful tidbit! :) Such cute jewelry!!
