I called a week ago to ask about getting the battery replaced in my watch. They told me that they are still doing the replacement. But. Today Sunday 3/2/25 I walk to the store to find out that they do Not replace the battery anymore. The worker did told me to go to batteries plus to get my replacement. Which is nice.
I do wish that they put up signs at their doors and in the windows. And they should update the websites. Which be very helpful. Especially, for us handicapped people.

While I found the items I was looking for, the store was overcrowded with merchandise. Narrow aisles made it difficult to move easily when other shoppers were in the same aisle.

Not happy! no staff to ask for help, prices missing on purses charged for same item twice, candles fell out of bag due to too much weight when leaving and coupons not able to be used on certain items confusing!!!!!

Kohl's Southtown. Cashier Shianne was very welcoming and personable. She has a GREAT attitude and her positive energy is contagious. very helpful.

It’s very inconvenient that returns are all the way upstairs and to the back and the associates who are at customer service are unfriendly/welcoming.
