Went here on a whim and got a gel manicure. I asked the lady to file my nails down just a bit and keep the current shape. She filed them to more of a square shape so I asked her to round the edges, which she did but not very much. She went to look for the color I had picked out, and it took her forever. So I took the opportunity to grab the nail file from my purse to get the shape that I wanted. She returned with four colors I didn't choose because they did not have the one that I asked for. Once I chose a color she got to work and was pretty sloppy. They looked okay when I left but within 4 days the polish was lifting and coming off in full sheets from my nails. I would not come here for any service.

Worst pedicure of my life!!!!! She spent maybe 15 minutes on it (no toe nail clipping, no scrubbing, no foot massage, nothing!), and she cut my big toe with her sander! Do NOT stop here! It cost my daughter and I $119 for a basic pedicure.

Terrible experience. The woman did not listen to me at all. The foot rest kept doing some weird thing that was annoying af. Ugh so annoyed!

Spent 2 hours getting a gel manicure for Mother’s Day that ended up looking so so bad. I was so embarrassed afterwards. Spent $70 on it and my husband is furious I paid

Very unhappy with my acrylic nails I had done here it ended up being different shapes, lengths & not smooth more bumpy feeling to the nail. I asked for manager and was told one was not on duty. I am not one to complain or write reviews but for that price and the quality of work I am beyond disappointed.

Absolutely not! Never again! Please read and NEVER go here!! I went in for a pedicure and after being asked for my color they did not have my first THREE colors I requested. When I questioned why the book was so outdated she joked they were too lazy to update the book. While in the chair she did not scrub any dead skin from the bottom of my feet. In fact, I had to take the scrubber from her after pointing out there was dead skin and her refusing to do anything about it AFTER admitting she could see all of the dead skin she failed to remove. She then offered to give me a pumice to take home so that I could finish her job. I spent the next three minutes in the chair removing my own dead skin. For a service I was paying for. She was extremely rough on my feet grabbing and pulling with no care. I have never gotten a pedicure in 15 minutes. It was as if she was more focused on collecting money and getting me out of the chair. Before she started painting I was told the price. $60 for a pedicure that I did myself and would still have to go home to finish. She intentionally had me sit in the chair and began my pedicure before confirming she even had the color I requested prior to her starting. She called her manager and tried to lie about her doing the pedicure by mentioning its on camera. When I told her great and to ask him to watch the video of me doing my own pedicure she got extremely unprofessional and said it's the Mall of America so you have to pay more. NEVER GO HERE! Another woman in the shop at the same time also left out unsatisfied and completely upset at the horrible job they did.

Person I came in with got a nice pedicure, but my own gel job is uneven, and I never got the oil at the end even that keep your feet from feeling horrible and dry, even though the person I came in with did (we paid for the same service). Really pricey for a pedicure that looks wonky. :/ :( I did really want to love it.

Absolutely disgusting. I had came in needing a soak off. I understand I get pretty long acrylic nails and getting a soak off for me takes about 45 minutes to an hour. I came in on a Tuesday and I wasn’t sitting in the chair for longer than five minutes! She grabbed her pliers and dug underneath my nails and ripped each one off. She made me go wash my hands and told me she was done. Where is the soak off! There was no aftercare for my nails with a topcoat. My nails looked hideous when I left. Absolutely will never be coming back here. Do not recommend they don’t care for your nails. They just want your money. $29 for a soak off plus a tip?!! for five minutes is insane. I will be going back to my Local girl.
