Terrible customer service. I paid for a monogram for a couple of items, and was told it would take at least an hour. I told them I would be back tomorrow to pick them up. They called me about an hour later to say they were finished. I then took time off work again the next day to go pick them up, and was then told the monogram machine had broken and my items weren't complete. The manager then tried to turn it around on me that it was my fault that it hadn't been done and I had been informed incorrectly. Terrible. I will never buy from here again

This is a large L.L.Bean store in which the merchandise is very nicely laid out and displayed - refreshing in today's struggling retail world!

Can always find some gems on their men's clearance rack. Plus, they have just about anything you need for outdoor fun, especially camping/hiking.

Store for people who have more money than outdoor skills, using overpriced items that probably wouldn't last a weekend trip or two at a KOA or Jellystone Park. But hey, you'll look and feel like a Field & Stream cover long enough to post to Instagram. You may find some decent items there, however my grandfather's advice about fishing lures seems to apply here. Most of the stuff they sell has done its primary job by the time you carry it out of the store.

Our favorite store at the MOA! Staff are friendly and helpful, plus they always have sales and a great selection.
