I was led to a dressing room with bras to try on and the salesperson didn't come back to check on me. The bras fit worse than my current bra which is smaller.

Mary was absolutely amazing!! I had to get re-measured for a bra, since my size just went back up a few years after a reduction. I’m so very thankful for how knowledgeable and kind Mary was while helping me figure out my size. She communicated really well in regards to her thoughts on how different styles/sizes fit, which I really appreciated. Even though the situation is a bit of a bummer, my experience here was so wonderful and made me feel much better about it. This will probably be where I shop for bras from now on. Thank you Mary!! 🩷

I made an appointment for a bra fitting, from start to finish I had 3 woman in the store helping my mom and myself. I am unfortunately in wheel chair and these 3 woman went above and beyond to help get the correct bra and I also purchased 2 night gowns and 2 full outfits. The store was very clean and stocked and those woman are Carrie, Anna and Katrina I gotta give them a huge shout out cause they all had great customer service and it was because of them that I bought everything I did. They helped me in every way that they could. Give those ladies a much needed raise they deserve it. I can't wait to come back next week to use my coupons i earned and shop more. They also helped my mom get a lane Bryant shopping card. I'll be a returning customer because of the staff u have hired at this store. I'm also changing my store online from Edina to this store the mall of America.

This’ll be a long one;
10/10 customer service. For a little back story and context, I am an autistic woman. I have extreme sensory issues paired with terrible experiences in the past that have made me detest bra shopping. So much so that I normally end up having some sort of meltdown when I am fitted and/or try on bras. As a result of this, I had not been fitted for a bra in 4-5 years, nor have I purchased a correctly sized bra within that same time frame.
I visited this store while on vacation in the beginning of this month. When I walked in, I was wearing a bra that was one cup size and 3 band sizes too small(I didn’t know this at the time, I just knew it was too small). I wanted to try on some bras, but I HATE being fitted for a bra and I struggle with human interaction when I am under stress, so I originally did not want to get help from an associate. I decided to try on a couple bras in a bigger size than what I was wearing, so I just grabbed a couple off the shelves and went into the dressing room to try them on. Well, as to be expected, about 5 minutes in I was already ready to LEAVE. I opened the door and told my sister(whom accompanied me during this ordeal) that I needed to gtfo of there before I start crying lmao. Well, Lots of convincing and a meltdown later, my sister ended up getting an associate to come over and help size me. Bless that woman, because despite my tears and pathetic inability to get over myself in that moment, she was very sweet and patient, and very helpful as well. She picked out a few bras for me and I tried them on until I found one that felt and looked good to both of us. Once we knew that was the one, she took the tag off of it to bring it to the register and let me just wear the new bra out, as my old bra caused very painful and visible marks on me and she knew I would be more comfortable that way. When I went to pay for the bra, she very kindly gave me a discount and wished me well on my way out. I wish I could recall her name, because she was wonderful. I would recommend coming to this store if you are in need of a sizing or just need help choosing a good bra for you.

They lost my online store pick-up order, then lied and said I picked up, which I did not. Customer service phone line was equally poor. It’s a bummer because I had no issues before and used to like shopping here. If you must shop here, only do so in person!

I've recently developed in size thanks to new medication with lousy side effects. So my first trip shopping in Lane Bryant was not something I was looking forward to. The staff at MOA were very helpful. I had to find a top to wear for NYE. She suggested a silky, green strapppy cami because I always overheat. It was something that I normally wouldn't wear, but in these days of body positivity, I gave it a shot.I don't know if it was too much - nobody said anything about it and I just felt really exposed. But I'll bring these issues to therapy...now back to Lane Bryant.They seem to have a nice selection of items between casual and dressy and even some really beautiful coats. They had Cacique for lingerie, and staff tried to find a bra for the tank, with no luck. I went to Soma on their recommendation. Overall, I'll definitely give LB another try - thanks to the excellent staff for making my first trip so easy.

Went to this location. After losing 100lbs I had no idea what size I was in pants or bras and this is what i was shopping for. I tried on some pants. Found a pair I liked, but wanted a different color. I explained to associate that I liked these pants, but when I try them on in same size different color they didn't fit. She just said, I dunno, all pants fit different and walked away. There was nobody in the store except me and 3 associates. They were all at the counter most of the time chatting. There was no welcoming me into the store or can I help you find anything....nothing. I put the pants back and left frustrated. Just wanted help, and for the first time in a long time I was excited to shop after my weight loss.
