This is what i have to pay for the service and replacement of some parts, so i bought this rubicon last year in august and at that time was summer but as soon the winter starts i was trying to turn on the heating steering wheel but it was not working, and then i took it to the dealer to mention this problem and the manager said you have to notice the problem and bring it between 2 months of purchase but who turns on the heated wheels in summer so he said we cannot cover it, and after the winter gone it started raining and all the water was coming from my doors inside the car so now they are saying you have change the whole seal of the doors which was costing me another 600$ so i went to the shop and talk to the person he said that you did not purchase the warranty for this vehicle so we cannot cover, but they are already selling the defective vehicle to the customer and he keeps arguing me for not covering that. I dont know what to do now and who is the right person to talk about this and as i seeing the reviews of this store is consistently bad and even owner is not involving to the problems of there customer. So please guys stop buying the vegicle from this store and needs to boycott this store.. they not not being good to the service to the customers i recommend to buy the vehicles from the GM MOTORS. They always care about their customers and i used to have camaro before with them and i made a very wrong decision to trade my camaro to jeep bloomington and purchase this defective vehicle from this store.. i hope owner notices this and take some action and if he doesn’t then it means the owner is also with his staff to fraud the customers.and as i told them that the heating steering wheel is working sometimes may be just a circuit issue but they are recommending me to change the whole steering wheel this is kind of stealing money from the customer and the owner is telling them to do so

I got an oil change from technician Devin K, and within a week my car started leaking oil. Another mechanic inspected it and confirmed the oil filter wasn’t tightened correctly during the previous service. This could have caused serious damage to my car. Very poor workmanship — I expected better professionalism and care.

Made an appointment on Tuesday to repair oxygen censor. They said they were backed up and would get to it the following day. Texted mechanic on Thursday because I hadn't heard back. Response was that technician had just picked it up to take a look at it. Two more days of silence. Called Saturday and was told I'd have to wait until Monday to speak with the technician. No one there could tell me what's up with my truck. Told them I just wanted to come get my truck. Guy said he didn't know what condition the truck was in and if it was taken apart.
A WEEK to take care of a problem I made an appointment for. And NO COMMUNICATION initiated by dealership to let me know why they couldn't fix my truck.
Would absolutely not recommend them for repairs.

Hands down, best experience we have had with a dealer in a long time! Olivia met with my wife to test drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee L Summit, but the one my wife wanted wasn't on the lot. No problem, they found exactly what she wanted, in Iowa and had it in 2 days. Seamless process and they even delivered the Jeep to our home! Highly recommend Olivia and Bloomington Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram!

I bought a 2019 ram 1500 about 5 years ago here. It had about 37,000 miles on it at the time. I loved the truck, and the deciding factor was that it came with a 100,000 miles power train warranty. I brought my truck in to the service department for an inspection just under the warranty limit of miles. I was told that the tech heard an exhaust manifold leak, which i had another exhaust leak at the time and took it as they knew what they were talking about. Ibpassed the 100000 milexwarrant and immediately had issues with the transfer case and I was told by a knowledgeable mechanic that i also have the dreaded hemi tick. I called the dealership and spoke with someone in the service department who told me he had no power to make decisions about a warranty and said he would have the manager contact me.
No one ever called back so I called again and got a service manger who told me since the tech didn't write up a form about these issues at the time it was there, thst it was too late for the outside warranty company to accept. Since the hemi tick sounds line an exhaust manifold leak, its hard to understand why that woujd not be addressed or covered under my warranty. He hung up on me like a child.
I called again abd spoke with the GM and was told he would look into it and get back to me, he never did.
Ram will not stand behind their products abd obviously knows this tick is a widespread issue, so they deny claims. Stay away from this dealership and brand as they dont care about their customers.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.We were interested in a vehicle and there was an issue with it and they took care of it for us so we were comfortable purchasing it. Process was Easy and everything was great.

Kenny was great to work with. He communicated well and helped me find exactly what I needed. Excluding the test drive, the purchase process only took about 30 minutes.

Joe was very helpful with him doing a walking and talking video of the used Pacifica that I eventually purchased through him. The video was great and he articulated very clearly showing the features of the vehicle and also showing the flaws that could have been a surprise if not being forewarned as I live an hour and a half away not including the road construction to drive to the dealership.
