Just your everyday Lids store with an incredible crew! Got a custom hat made for myself from scratch and was able to get the embroidery done in less than an hour.
The staff was extremely helpful and patient with helping me pick all the customizations and made it look perfect.
If you are in the market for hats, jerseys or anything they sell, I highly recommend them!

I came in with hopes to buy Wolves merch and was met with complete lack of professionalism by Dewon. Neither he nor his coworkers checked on us and asked if we needed any help. We managed to find a hat to purchase but when checking out, Dewon did not even ask if we found everything okay and pretty much stared at the space away from us. My husband asked if we can run the card as Credit and the cashier said no. Spoiler, we went to another location in the mall and they were able to. I've worked in Customer Service for years and would never, ever treat a customer as poorly as we were treated. I do not recommend this location at all.

RUDE manager and employees make fun of customers. The manager has a serious problem and needs anger management. He needs to learn to take accountability instead of raging against people there to spend money. I cant believe a grown man can't handle his little mall job.

Came to buy three Milwaukee bucks jersey today. But was made to feel uncomfortable by a female employee. She never asked if I needed help just came and stood by us and watched as us the brown customer. While others shopped without hassle. Did an online order with the NBA website . $300 lost to your company for profiling a diesel mechanic

Just left the store.. I bought a hat and paid for customization. They asked me to come back after 30mins .. I came back and it was not done correctly .. the name was not straight. The brown lady doing it was so rude to me. Poor customer service

Had a tough day…came to the mall to walk an not be alone. Nice man jersey and braids said hi and made a joke about if I had another drink for him. Only person on 3 floors and 20 stores who said a thing to me. I went back to my car and got him that energy drink. Thank you for ur kindness sometimes it’s the little things…much love man!

I love this Lids. The 2nd floor location is the absolute best. The whole crew there is great and very professional. They have an embroidery machine and can also put a permanent curve to my bill! Way to go guys
