Had a great experience finding nice pants and good blouses. Fitting rooms clean and staffed. A great store that’s not overwhelming. I’ll be back. Thank you for the great service and nice duds!

i used to shop in this store a lot and Loft was my favorite until i was served by the cashier named Sarah. the item i bought was priced but she didn't accept it and said the price was high more and someone put this price on it, I saw on 2 items have the same price so I asked, and she has an unhappy attitude like discrimination and we ask for free not pay. I will still come to this store but I hope I won't meet her because it will ruin my shopping time

One of my go to places for everyday clothes. Unfortunately the selection right now is terrible.

It's okay. I wasn't impressed with the costumer service at all. What happened to welcoming the costumers? With the trying to engage them and helping them buy clothes? I went in and out of the store unnoticed. What a shame Loft at the MOA!

I wish I could say that they have good service or that my time there was welcoming. I've never really written a review on a store before but I feel like I have to say something otherwise I am complicit. I myself am in retail and I enjoy helping customers regardless of status, color, gender and sexual orientation. It's the day of black Friday, I just finished a 6 hour shift from my store and heading to the loading dock to return my badge for the day. But I decided to check out the Loft since it's been while since the pandemic has started.I go inside and I'm excited to see what they have on sale; no one greets me but that's ok they're busy helping other customers. I go to the left section of the store where there are corduroy pants and new jeans. There is a woman folding pants, she doesn't greet me, that's fine I'm only here to look. And that's when I see a woman with glasses, short brown hair that matches her chestnut sweater with denim jeans. She passes by the section and presents a wary look at me, I soon head over to the back section of the store to look at some jeans that I saw before on left section. And then I soon see a belt that caught my eye and I head over to touch the item. When I approach the belt to feel the texture, the lady with the chestnut sweater that matches her hair appears from behind me. She's leering at me, I feel my face just to make sure my mask was on, which it was the whole time. She just stood 4 feet away from me like an owl and I felt super uncomfortable that lasted at least 20 seconds. I was thinking she may ask if I needed help but she never responded a word to me which was strange. She then decides to leave me and go on about her business which was watching me from a far with her arms crossed like a solider. I was about to leave as I felt not only welcomed but targeted. There were a few customers of color which includes myself but she didn't bothered to follow them just me. She never asked anyone if they needed help with a size or getting a fitting room started, it was completely weird. If the employee had looked carefully instead of eyeing what I was touching I had a badge on my coat that said "Contractor" for the mall because I had to come early to assist in opening my store. And after all I am just looking. There were many customers that she could have helped that had items in there procession but instead she'd rather focus on her conservative bias on me, thinking that I'm a person of color who is going to steal...After trying on sun glasses I decided ok! I need to leave now as I can feel the vibe isn't good. However, before I left I noticed something awkward and disappointing that needs to be addressed. All of the employees were white women and I did not see a person of color at all who worked there. My intentions for this review is that the Loft's employees should start working on reflecting and changing the mindset of assumptions they carry on every customer they approach that have different backgrounds and purpose when people shop. And most importantly working on diversity and inclusion because it will improve their perspectives and reduce the conservative bias they clearly show. I hope this review becomes helpful feedback for the employees and the company to review what they are lacking and focus more on. Thank you.
