The customer before me at the register needed some help with a website. The cashier instead calling someone for help proceeded to help this customer while there were people in line waiting. Even the customer told to her to take care of me but employee ignored that. I only had loaf of bread. I don’t know the employee’s name. Woman with very long black hair.

No one is ever going to ask if you need help and if you ask them they will vaguely point you in the wrong direction - for a store this expensive just go shop at Whole Foods or keep it local at Kowalskis

They have some of the best produce available in Bloomington. The staff is top notch. They can be more expensive than other grocery stores, but the sales and BOGO offers here are the best! If you shop the deals, no other site can match the pricing and service here.

We really like our local Lund's. Great selection of items, and their sales/specials are really good values. Only negative is, the checkout can sometimes be a bit slow and not enough cashiers. They also don't have self checkout at this store. Other than that... we love having them in the neighborhood. Plus it's in the same mall where our Anytime Fitness gym is located, so it's convenient to shop there after our workouts.

Place is clean, selection is decent. Prices are...Lunds & Byerlys Prices. The problem at this place is the deli. The workers in the deli are absolutely the slowest, the most oblivious employees I've ever seen.Today I stood there for 5 minutes with no one at the counter before someone finally asked if I needed help. Well by then I was tired of that wait so I left and went to Von Hanson's instead.Last week I did actually get service but when it feels like I'm waiting 10 minutes for a half pound of meat, it's still pretty slow.The week before was the worst though. I stood there watching an employee methodically cut meat for 10 minutes for some other customer then proceed to walk out from around the deli counter and TALK TO THEM FOR 5 MORE MINUTES! This was clearly within earshot and was just familiar chat because they apparently were friends. They didn't even help me, someone else working the deli counter finally came up to help me.Protip everyone that reads this: Groceries are fine but if you need deli meat and cheese Von Hanson's is a mile down Normandale Rd and will you get out the door in a quarter of the time with the same Boar's Head brand stuff.
