Can we talk about how amazing Jeff the Service Advisor is? He has worked with me & my auto on multiple occasions, and is consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative. He is very pragmatic yet also personable in his approach to customer service; it is highly appreciated. I will say that everyone else I have encountered there has also been quite pleasant. But Jeff is exceptional. Give that man a raise. Or at least, employ him until the end of time.

They found the car I wanted in a timely manner. Made sure I knew how to use features. Followed up to make sure all my questions were answered and that I was satisfied with my new vehicle.

Wow! I have to give a big shout out to this Dealership.. I want to acknowledge everyone, including the lady that spent 30 minutes on the phone with me last week trying to troubleshoot what was wrong with my vehicle. I initially thought maybe my car‘s intermittent starting problem was the key fob & Her and I discussed reprogramming, etc., etc. on the key fob. She was very courteous of trying to keep the cost down because at that point, I didn’t know if reprogramming was going to fix it.
This Luther Dealership has always been my favorite. The service advisors are top notch, and most importantly they listen to you. My service advisor Chad, I could tell, that he was listening to me as I was explaining to him what was going on with my vehicle. I went in needing two things. I believed it was the starter and my door handle, the electronic button had stopped working. It took about an hour and a half for the initial diagnosis which is typical. Dealerships are busy places. He then asked if I wanted a ride home to wait. How nice is that? I knew the Repair would probably take 3 to 4 hours so I did take the courtesy shuttle home. The courtesy shuttle driver Anthony was so sweet!. I left my coffee in the van and he even drove back to give it to me. He then picked me up when my vehicle was ready. I had no issues with the items being covered on my extended warranty and it was an A++ experience. Thank You to all the folks at Luther Kia in Bloomington!

This is the third vehicle that I purchased or lease from Luther Kia Of Bloomington it’s absolutely a grand experience. It always has been the sales. Staff is wonderful. The finance department is fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about the service department overall, I’d recommend the dealership to anyone.

I work with Ermias and him and his team always go above and beyond to solve any issues. For example, once they forgot to wash my car and they not only picked up the car special to bring it to a car wash- gave me a 90 day free car wash. They really are the best dealership I've worked with, especially Ermias!

Luther Kia of Bloomington completed a MAJOR service for my car two weeks before moving to a new city. The communication, care, pricing, and patience provided from Ermias and Adam was top tier and exactly what I needed based on the service needed. I can attest to the thoughtfulness, consideration, and reasonable pricing. The coordination of LKB's customer service in the middle of construction to have a bigger site excites me to see how much better they become. They are worth the visit and care about their customers; and they are kind. Kindness means a lot to me and does matter most with car service.
