I went into MAC at MOA today to buy a new shade of lipstick and I have to give props to the woman working the counter. She was the only one working and there was this “Karen” there being an absolute menace. The employee was doing her best to resolve this woman’s issue which related to a store credit card or something (why “Karen” didn’t just call customer service is a mystery). Meanwhile, the woman was being rude, short-tempered, and clearly felt entitled to monopolize all of the employee’s time even though there were several other customers who needed assistance and our girl was on her own. The employee exhibited super-human patience and poise in dealing with that woman and I hope her managers see this and give her recognition (and a raise).

Went in on April 26th of this year and store manager refused to offer any help with a wrong order when I called in ahead of time to check if they will be able to help me. Terrible

So unhelpful when my daughter went in to find product. They weren’t interested in helping her match shades… simply “no”. The worst customer service she has ever experienced. They made her feel so unwelcome and I’m only posting because she is too nice not to.

Terrible customer service from Dezzarae. Disinterested and cold during my visit and color match. I have an email account and she couldn’t find me and told me I didn’t have an account and refused to show me the screen to confirm how she was spelling the email which she spelled incorrectly. I had clearly given the spelling of my email to her twice. Today when I returned the item I saw the incorrect spelling on the receipt and instead of apologizing she glared at me and said I will fix it in an irritated tone. No accountability for causing this situation at all.

AWFUL experience! I didn't think the store is as bad as the reviews say but they are 100% truth, I never write a review but do not go to this store. I made an appt and don't even brother because they don't care. they closed the store before my appt time, I got there 40mins early and 5 after my appt time someone came out behind the closed binds and asked if I needed something, after stating I had an appt than being told she didn't have time for me! Awful service, bad attitudes, awful store. Do not brother going here at all!

Minnesota! Love this place. Was here during the winter and indoors is the best place to be The mall of America has everything. Great shopping, great food, live entertainment gaming and an amusement park. Wow!!

Store is listed as open 11am-7pm. Third time driving out here to find it closed. It currently 4:30pm.

Store opening times are given different for MOA site and MAC site. Still, I reached at 11 am on a Saturday for an immediate purchase and waited till 1pm, but the store was still closed while both websites showed it was open.I can understand if there is some issue but please notify accordingly. Ended up buying from MAC in Macy's and Nordstrom.
