I used the women’s bathroom in the macy’s on a Tuesday morning and it was genuinely the most disgusting bathroom i’ve ever been in, dive bars and concerts included. Multiple toilets absolutely filthy, there was a women washing her feet in the sink, and it was just horrible in there

There was a very very large woman working women's shoes tonight who was rude and dismissive when I asked if she would be willing to grab me a certain size shoe. Her customer service skills are severely lacking and she seemed upset that I had interrupted her conversation with a coworker.

Customer service in jewelry department is absolutely horrible, I was standing around waiting for someone to help me. Once I asked for help I was told that everyone was busy and didnt receive any help. Employees seem stuck up and it felt almost discriminatory the way they would help literally everyone other than me.

When you come to Macy's and can get no help.. so sad.. hope they don't work on commission. I was ready to purchase 3 pair of shoes.🤦 And we wonder why online purchases are taking over.

Fix your HVAC SYSTEM! Horrible to want to shop and have it be boiling hot.
You would think a store like Macy's would care enough to have it be clean, cool and comfortable. Hopefully next time I come in it will be fixed.

Went shopping Monday August 4th, 2024. Women’s department of formal / business casual clothing looked worse than any garage sale I have ever seen. I was shocked and wondered if the store was going out of business. An employee had no idea where to find certain branded clothing and they were anchored in that department. Another employee working in the area had their phone in hand on the sales floor while clothing was strewn about. I left empty handed after finding what I might want to wear was completely depleted, at full price and impossible to find. This is the worst experience ever. Another employee darted past without making eye contact. I felt like this was almost apocalyptic in the condition of the store and the merchandise. Also, every color is ugly fifties orange, teal, yellow and brown. Please get better buyers!

Went there to pickup an item and unfortunately they didn't have the item. The employees were very nice and super helpful. No complaints with such nice and helpful employees.
