I got everything I needed, including some really awesome helium balloons, and the staff were lovely.

Went in for beads and charms for my daughter. Like always they had a great selection. Self check out was easy!

I love Michael's but every time I come in the service is slow. Today I went in to get a few balloons filled for a birthday party and the woman said it would take an hour. There's giant signs that they have balloons outside so I assumed they'd be able to fill them in a reasonable time. It was 10am on a Friday.
