They did a great job! This was my first time coming and even though it was close to closing they treated my car like everyone else's as a non member. I did interior and exterior and my car smelt brand new. This is a full detail service and not a self vacuum. If you have 15-20 minutes I highly recommend. Note: it's behind the Eddi apartment complex and MyBurger.

Bad all around. Instead of displaying options on a sign where you can read what is included in each price tier, it is a person reading off of a tablet. The, if you want to buy into a membership plan, not all of the same features are included but as long as you don't ask, they are actually up selling you. All that I know is that I paid $60 after tax and TP for the better outside wash and the most basic of inside cleans. Then you have to hop into your car and quickly pull right out because the next car is waiting for your spot.While waiting, I was watching the guys wiping down the inside. One of them was obviously doing nothing and just tried to look like he was working, just waiting for the other guy to finish and call it a wrap. The guy on the driver's side was just looking all over the place and not at the car. He just kept opening and closing the front and back doors, numerous times and just wiping the same 2 spots on each door. Not because they needed it because he wasn't even watching what he was doing. Then as soon as I left I noticed that the air freshener that I requested, was t included. Then I looked on the floor of the passenger seat and there was a fresh candy wrapper from what was one of those Halloween sized Hershey mini-bars. I finally pulled over and noticed that of the 4 little soda splash spots that I knew were there, 3 of them still remained. Also, the main reason that I even bothered with this place is because the spoiler lip over my back widow hangs at an angle that simple drive-thru car washes miss the top two inches of my back window. I expected that when they did the wiped own of the windows, that it would be cleaned. What I now assume is that they aren't thinking that they are cleaning anything. The top two inches were still dirty and like most drive through washes, looked as if the water had barely even splashed on it. So they must just think that they are drying windows, only wiping the areas that are visibly soaked with water.I would have thought that this was a lame job if I had only paid half as much. The only reason why I didn't go back is because they are in an area that I always need the GPS just to figure out how to get to. Also, I figured that all that the best that I could hope for is to end up waiting in line again an then waiting for my car again. I'd probably have to watch the lazy guy pretend that he was working again. Ugh!

TAXXXX!!!!! not worth the price , they changed the interior pricing for members to be way to much, might as well do it yourself at a self servicing place , TAX!

The people at this location have the best customer service. They are always friendly and welcoming. If you want to keep your car clean I recommend getting an unlimited membership. The quality of the clean is great for such cheap pricing!

This was my first time at this location. I just had my car washed here and am disappointed in the experience. I will acknowledge it was a busy day, but their system has 4 lanes of cars for exterior and interior cleaning merge into one lane for the car wash. So my biggest concern here is how does the team know what level of car wash I paid for? But my biggest frustration is my front windshield and windows are still very dirty. I also feel like the dryers aren’t calibrated correctly because my car was still covered and dripping with water when I left. I will not be coming back to this location. I do have a paper receipt if anyone from management wants to discuss my experience with me.

Was waived our to a different terminal by an employee to seemingly “help with lines” then was stuck behind someone for 5 minutes while I watched 3 other cars come and go after me. Ended up paying $17 for a basic+ car wash and tip just to end up with no one sprayijg my car before I entered the wash and not a single person wiping down my car after. 2 second dryers. My car was left still spotty and water marks on every single window and mirror. Should’ve saved my money and stuck with Youngstedts.

I am cancelling my membership because 1. they increased the price without letting me know 2. my car is super wet when I leave the car wash . ( they used to whip out the water after , but not anymore ) and I one time got out of my car to borrow a towel to wipe it myself and they were extremely rude telling me they can not give me a towel. WTF? I used to love the service but not anymore.

After being a member for YEARS I've had it. While waiting in line I was motioned to move to the next lane which only had one car. It only had one car because that car was having trouble paying. so....there I sat for a long time while a ton of other cars just went through. I couldn't move and no employee including the idiot who asked me to move approached me to help or apologize. I'd love to know how much money I've given this place. Hey manager Matt, if you were smart you'd reach out to me. I have a lot of friends.
