Royce is the best! I have had him manage my home computer for approximately 10 years and he has done an excellent job. I am not very computer literate and he is always kind and patient. He is always responsive to my questions and concerns. He diligently tracks and manages the security on my system. He also will recommend solutions or new equipment when necessary and when doing this will help me figure out the most cost effective way to get the desired outcomes. I don't know what I would do without his expertise!

I would highly recommend Royce for computer "issues" and repairs. I've known Royce for many years and have been very satisfied with the help he has provided, both with software and hardware. He is very helpful with assisting and fixing my issues and he has become a very good friend too!
