Motorwerks BMW has provided me 10+ years of outstanding sales and service and at the heart of all of that is Shawn Simonet. Shawn will listen to your requests and needs and find you exactly what you are looking for! He was the one that introduced me to their valet pick up and delivery service which includes things like picking up my vehicle at my home or work to get repairs and oil changes and returning it back to me later that same day. It’s a huge time saver!

Hassam in the service department at Motorwerks BMW Bloomington providers exceptional customer care every time! He is friendly and knowledgeable, and gets the job done quickly. I recently experienced being hit by a deer in my BMW. Hassam went above and beyond to help ensure the repair and servicing of my car went smoothly. It is my first time going out to BMW to have my car serviced. I’ve only owned my vehicle for a year. The experience was great, and everyone was courteous. Accommodations were clean and I was able to get a quality loaner vehicle while my car was being serviced. Free services were offered that I was not aware of on my maintenance contract.

Went in for new tires and a dent repair. Spencer took care of everything as promised. My car was returned hand washed and beautiful. The dent repair cost $150 CHEAP for the quality work the guy did. I have always had great success with Motorwerks BMW and Spencer.

My experience with Alex was great. He was knowledgeable and patient and answered all of my questions and concerns. I am new to BMW. He assured me of completion of work in a timely manner. He also walked me through a full inspection of my vehicle through a video things to be aware of In any current issues. He also provided transportation For me, which was a great help!
