Went to Nordstrom tonight looking for cologne. A coworker of mine told me I should check out Creed because it’s worth the money and smells amazing. I went to the Creed stand and the lady standing there completely ignored me for a good 30 seconds. When I asked asked if I could get a small sample, she looked at me with this irritated look and made it feel as if it was such an inconvenience for her, or as if I was a young kid who just wants free stuff. I loved the cologne but will definitely go to a different location when I buy it. This was not customer service and does not deserve my money or business.

Long time loyal customer ,I was reported to the credit bureau for $198 late payment ,Nordstrom did have my authorisation for automatic payment ,no idea why they reported to the bureau, I did paid in full and I don't owe a dime and I called customer service to help me to reverse the complaint but Nordstrom staff don't care ,done shopping at Nordstrom including my wife ,kids,family and friends and I will tell and share with everyone what happen.

I had a very alarming experience on the 4th floor customer service / package pickup counter today 12/19 at 11:37 am . I had 3 returns to do . I was initially helped by a very rude woman named Esme B. , 2 of my returns were on the same credit card , 1 return was on a different credit card that I since got a replacement card for , I asked Esme If I could put my return with the replacment card on a different card to make sure I get my money back , she said no , so I aked for a manager to approve it . she looked and seemed very upset , so Instead of calling for a manager , she helps the couple behind me . I stood there for over 10 minutes not knowing what was going on . When she was finally done I asked her why she helped the couple behind me Instead of finishing with me and calling for a manager , she would say nothing back to me . More associates came up at this point and they all started talkng in Spanish about me and looking at me very angrily . One of the other associates was named Feven B. I ended up calling the store from my cell phone and asked for a manager to come up to the package pickup area , bc not one of the 3 women associates would call for one ??? . Finally a floor supervisor named Mat C. Helped me . I explained everything to him , and instead of helping me , he proceeds to lecture me about credit card fraud and made me feel like I was a criminal trying to pull one over on Esme , Instead of addressing Esmes poor unprofessional behavior. I spend alot of money at Nordstrom and my experience today was appalling to say the least . Mat dropped the ball big time as a supervisor. Esme and the other employees talking about me in Spanish should be written up . It felt very racially targeted , like they dont like Caucasian customers . I will never shop at Nordstroms again after this . I will share my experience on social media so others can avoid a situation like this . I emailed the store manager Joe Greco about this , with no response!!

Worst customer service in the men's shoe department. I ask if a person could help. He says yes. Then proceeds to pass me off to someone else. Like, wasn't I good enough to be waited on???......
