Cheap clothes, terrible customer service and terrible return policy. I guess you pay for what you get.

Their selection is okay, but I think the Woodbury and Outlet locations have more. It was fairly clean given how busy it was. I don’t think anyone at this store really knows what they are doing as far as customer service goes. The cashier was really short with the person in line behind me. When I went to take my toddler to their restroom I noticed the first stall was out of toilet paper so I let an employee (Jonah) know and he just said “ok?” And I asked him if he had more and he said “yeah, I don’t really know where that is”. He walked right by us and went into the other stall as we were about to head into it, so we waited and asked another employee who almost didn’t get it for us and then turned and restocked it. Jonah finally came out after using the restroom but I’m going to make the assumption he didn’t wash his hands since he just flushed the toilet and walked out. Might want to get a training program for basic customer service skills?

There was once a rude employee. Her name was Christina Ryan. She completely ignored me and gave me a dirty look when I tried to ask her something. Unprofessional. Just unprofessional. Do something.

Decent selection in store, but had a terrible experience when checking out. The cashier was a younger blonde lady who made myself and my boyfriend feel badly during our individual interactions at cash wrap. We are from the south and when she asked us where we were from, her immediate response was “Oh ya’ll couldn’t handle the weather up here”. It wasn’t a friendly remark, it was used in a negative connotation. We frequently visit the north during winter because we enjoy the cold and I have health conditions that make it hard for me to endure the heat. We both work in customer service fields so my boyfriend, sensing her frustration, asked her how her day was and her response was “I can’t wait to get out of here.” He tried to comfort her and she continued to be negative, unfriendly, and rude. Terrible way to end my experience at the mall, Wetzels Pretzels was a good endcap on the way to the parking garage tho.

This Old Navy in the Mall of America felt very bougie! Not like your normal Old Navy store, this seem to be a step up and had an extensive selection. I highly recommend the store.
