Literally no one was at the register in either part of the building and no one greeted us or asked if we needed help. All the staff was restocking and talking about parties and insulting each other. They also had no identification and wearing casual clothes so if you need help you have to just guess who’s a worker or fend for yourself.
Also, the items in there from Edikted were priced way up from the actual Edikted store in the mall. Wouldn’t be surprised if they did the same for the Brandy Melville section.

Staff was nowhere to be seen and took 15 minutes to ring up a customer because they were chatting. Clothes were also priced up from original stores

horrible service my cashier tried to scam me and took $10 from me without me realizing until I counted my money and I had to ask her to give it back. She was so rude and quiet and didn’t ask about my rewards or anything.

This place has like evil energy. Is it the employee's job to make everyone feel overwhelmed and unwelcomed... Music is absurdly loud and mid-day Monday they have what seems like 10 employees all in JUST the Brandy Melville Corner 😭 You can't even shop because they make all the staff restock when it's busy instead of during downtime

terrible experience tbh. I was just looking at T-shirts, not folding them in the proper manner but still putting them in the right spots, and this employee had the audacity to shame me. "This isn't how it's supposed to be folded" and "why are you putting it like that?" And then proceeded to say I needed to leave? Am I getting paid to fold your clothes? Do employees here to just go around harassing their customers to fold their clothes and then ask them to leave because they refuse? I wasn't even mean to her about it either and she still asked me to leave for not "folding" their t-shirts correctly. It's ridiculous and they need to fix their management. Please stop hiring girls with mean attitudes🚶🏻♀️

Worst customer service ! My son was in shopping prior to closing ,he had picked out several items for purchase and when I went to pay I was informed (with a condescending attitude) that the store was “closed” even though my son had been in there shopping for at least 30 mins before closing. We left the clothes behind.

Shopping with my 15 yr old daughter. Waiting in line for a locked fitting room along with three other people. Finally a staff member wanders over, unlocks one door, recoils in horror, relocks it and says "There's too much stuff in there to deal with" and wanders away leaving all of us waiting just staring at her. At last someone else exited a different fitting room, and we used that one, but it was like no one even cared whether people were able to try on clothes or not. I've never seen such slovenly service at Mall of America. 2 stars for nice clothes, but everything else was terrible.

The customer service is the kind one would hope to experience at the Mall of America. Pleasant, Kind and Helpful during the busiest of times. I had a great experience shopping here.

Dirty fitting rooms. Nice employees. Sales are hard to navigate with tons of exclusions. Long lines on busy days.

My husband was shopping for cargo pants. He went in the store about 6:15. I took my kids and we went to ride more rides during this time, 3 rides each!Anyway, PacSun apparently have their cargo pants sized S, M, L, Etc... So, at 6:25 he asked for someone to unlock their dressing room to try ONE pair on so he could determine sizing. There is 35 minutes left until closing at this point. We would have understood if there was 15-20 minutes. But, 35 minutes and ONE pair of shorts to determine what size. Now my husband is typically medium stature, however, it seemed that the pants, in his opinion ran larger. So, he wanted to grab a size small to double check. The sales person told him it was store policy to close the dressing rooms early and told my husband to purchase the size he believes he would best fit, bring them home, try them on at home (we live almost 350 miles away), and return them tomorrow. So, PacSun, you can thank the employee who was working Sunday, 23 July 2023 for losing a sale by not allowing him to try on ONE pair of shorts to double check sizing 35 minutes before closing... Because when my husband likes something, he typically purchases one of each color to have multiple options. He also had several shirts picked out as well. But, no sale thanks to your rude employee who did not feel like doing his job.
