Went in with my two teens. My youngest got her first paycheck and all she wanted was buy a shirt from here. We weren’t greeted at all. The woman working had the music cranked up so loud that I had to lean in and have my daughter talk in my ear to hear her. Extremely inappropriate music complete with the N word, the F word and the B word. I caught the woman staring angrily at my daughter and watching her like a hawk, like my daughter was going to steal something. The employee never said a word to us. The clothing is very high priced for the quality. Save your money and hearing and shop elsewhere.

I forgot to get the lady's name that was working. But she was extremely helpful, and energetic. Was acknowledged as soon as I walked in and was told if I needed any help to let her know. Thanks for the glow up help hun.

had a terrible experience there with one of the employees a while back. will never enter the store again. also gives me weird colonist vibes.it’s been a few months since i’ve been in, so i don’t know if she’s still there, but if that lady was fired, i would probably give it 3.5 stars. there is cool clothing but the lady started a fight with me about my own culture :| me and my friend were having a conversation and she interrupted us to correct me (she had completely misheard what i said) then proceeded to argue with us.

8/31/21 -the clothing is fine, but i had to rush out of the store because of one of the employees. i didn’t catch her name, but interacting with her was very uncomfortable. she butted in on me and my friends conversation. the employee has misheard us and rudely exclaimed across the store, trying to correct us. she then got into an argument with us over something trivial. my friend tried to correct her nicely, because she was wrong, but the employee insisted that my friend was wrong. i find it appalling that an employee would start a fight over something so small she wasn’t involved with.. i can go into detail about what she was saying if necessary. i didn’t have a chance to buy anything because i did not want to interact with the employee.

I ordered a sweater online. It was very cute however the fabric was horrible. It snagged on anything and everything. I sent pictures of all the snags even though I had only had it on for 2 hours. All of my coworkers couldn't believe the poor quality of the material. I contacted Hannah about a refund she offered a portion of store credit. I realize that there is no refunds but this was such poor quality I feel it should have been refunded. Will never order from this place again. You live and learn I guess. Sad how some people do business.

By far the Best store I have been in, in the moa I loved the lady who was working there the sweetest and she was just so awesome definitely coming here everytime I come to the moa. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!

The lady told me i had long enough in the store. And her phone was ringing constantly. She told us to "please move on if you aren't going to buy anything". I said thats super rude and left. She then took our picture and recorded us leaving.

Lady was fighting and cussing with someone on the phone had a baby in a stroller the second he started crying she asked us to leave the store until the baby is not crying

The merch was nice but we had a very bad customer service experience on 2/28 around 1:00pm . when we walked in the gal working said if we wanted to try something on to let her know. The gal was rude and wanted us to leave because she needed to go to her nieces bday party. My daughter tried on a few things and when she wanted to look for one more thing the lady rolled her eyes at her and rudely said this store wasn't meant for people to be in here for an hour. We were there 10 minutes and the only people in the store. I told her that she wasn't being professional. She continued to tell me that she wasn't being rude and i can call her manager. The music was so loud that i would barely hear her. We walked out and my daughter started to cry. She has high social anxiety as it is and this lady made her feel awful. I sincerely hope this gal doesn't treat others lile this.
