I spent 15 minutes waiting for a women to ring up my 8 items correctly. Restarted & redid it multiple times, I was being extremely patient & trying to give the benefit of the doubt. However I became extremely frustrated when the second male worker came & rang 3 a people up & still didn’t help the women who could not comprehend how to check me out. Finally I spoke up & asked for his assistance which really got me no where. Total was originally 75.08 so I provided a 100$ bill & 8 cents- the new total apparently ended up being 65.08 & somehow I ended up with 28.98 as my money back: which obviously is not correct. However after wait legit 15 minutes for a check out that should’ve taken 2 minutes I did not have the patience to walk back in & ask for my correct change. I don’t have the luxury of spending a whole hour in a pet store. I’ve called customer service multiple times & have not heard back. Do yourself a favor & NEVER pay cash here.

I have a pre paid dog wash card and showed up at 6pm on the dot and am turned away from the dog bath as it is an hour to close. No where on the pre paid card or website does it say the bath closes 1 hour early! When I asked the employee where that is stated they shrugged there shoulder and said ‘I don’t know’ - no way to treat customers!!!

Best experience ever every time I go they help me make me feel home loved and supported especially for my cat they are so honest and caring help me with everything carry out the heavy stuff and a smile is always a bonus I get when I go there! I always leave with warm feelings of gratitude and appreciation and want to be. Back sooner than later! You have a wonderful team

Nice local pet store.
There is a pretty decent selection of products.
The pricing isn't as good as it used to be, but it's still worth shopping here.... Especially with their emails and coupons that come around occasionally.

I love this shop! Staff is always so helpful and pleasant! They go out of their way to assist you with finding products and with help carrying things to the car. Also, very patient with older folks trying to locate coupons on their phone!!!

They are a little over priced, and I hate having to dig through containers of dead insects for my reptiles. But the staff there are amazing and friendly and amazingly helpful. The store is always clean and organized.

Excellent place to shop for the fur babies. They had everything that I needed and more in stock. Staff was super friendly and fast.
