JAMIE! JAMIE! JAMIE!Jamie is wonderful! I came to Precision with a "busted" Jeep that needed a full tune up. She helped get my car in the same day I called and assured me they would do full diagnostics.Auto techs did a full rundown with care and detail.They were able to work with me on payments for the repairs and offered me options as to how to go through with service.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!Services: Vehicle Inspection

I thought several times before I write it or not but it just keep daunt on me if I not write it then it will happen to others. I had brake work done here and redone within a month. Initial diagnose was rear break rotor and pad gone bad and had it replaced for almost $400 and then within a month it had same issue, I had friend mechanic who peeked it said one side of pad wasn't even replaced. I asked my daughter to brought it back to fix it, they said it was caliper issue, had her replace one side of rear caliper and made her pay close to $600. Can you believe you get charged for one side of brakes for $1K within a span of a month and I am not sure my car isn't worth that much. They won't even properly acknowledge their mistakes. We went there because of the prior owner and didn't know it was changed. So disappointed. They lost me forever...

My car was towed to the business because I had issues with startup and power upon acceleration. I chose this business due to the previous owner. I was initially given a limited diagnostic due to battery replacement. I spoke with the business and was given options to resolve the battery issue. We discussed battery prices and we agreed upon actions to take to remedy the battery issue. Throughout a two week period I received partial diagnosis also while being told the owner would like to buy my car. Eventually the car was able to start. I was given a report over what the issue was with my car and solicited with a potential offer to sell my car. I rejected before even hearing the number. The service provided was a battery swap and spark plug swat. This amounted to 740. The $25 surcharge for using a debit car was waived. I would highly recommend going elsewhere. The new ownership and management due not represent the good honest work that the previous owner provided. GO ELSE WHERE..... ANYWHERE ELSE!

Horrible experience! My daughter in law had her car towed there. They looked it over took a few days, then said it needed a new engine. Then said they had a place to junk it. We went with someone else. So the day we went to meet the junk people, that lady came out and was acting upset we didn't use her people. The junk people gave my daughter in law 300 dollars. Once she heard there was some money being exchanged she said " oh well what about my 150. She owes for the diagnostic? I said you never told her that in the first place. They have a sign saying 45.00 for a diagnostic test. So that's what is should of cost!. I wasn't going to argue with her. But I will say this, the day before when I was there she was all nice and kind, so I told my husband, that we are going to bring all our work trucks there too get fixed. Now I wouldn't give her a dime. I am sure she just pocketed the 150. It's disgusting how greedy and thirsty she is. Go somewhere else!

Highly recommend Precision tune In Bloomington. My service was handled very professionally, fast, and they were very honest about what they were able to find and what they weren't able to diagnosis.
