Really good facility in a good location. I have never received such good customer service from anywhere I’ve gone to than I have from Forrest at this Public Storage facility. If you ever have any storage needs definitely come here!

I just got my first storage unit this week, unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances I had to switch my unit around to better fit my needs. Gwenith, Forest & Cari-Ann were super helpful with all my questions and needs! Also really friendly! (sorry if I spelt the names wrong I didn’t catch spelling).

The manager at this location is very polite and professional, I came to grab my key from the front desk because I’ve been having trouble with my lock and she directed an employee named forest to help me. They were so friendly and beyond helpful especially forest. Forrest was so kind and helpful when it came to showing me how to use the lock, it took a couple tries but they were beyond patient with me this was the first time I’ve experienced employees at an establishment who don’t act like helping people is an inconvenience to them. Just so very down to earth and respectful. And it’s only the second time I visited. The employees go above and beyond to address the needs of their customers. I remember last time I was there I couldn’t find any carts because people were locking them into their units and this time when I came the employees were assembling new ones. They listen to the needs of their customers. Would highly recommend this location.
