I paid QB services to reconcile my books - they never did, but charged me 3 times. The work they did was poor. I contacted the owner 5 times, he said he would resolve it, and never did. Beware.

I had purchased items from QB Services in the past and had a good experience so when I needed to order some thermal printers I went back to them. I placed an order on March 28th, but never received them. Multiple emails were sent and voicemails were left asking for an update with no response. Finally on April 10th I had to file a claim with my credit card company. I will not being doing business with QB Services ever again.

I've been in business for just over a year and QB Services has been amazing!!!! They've taken calls after hours when I first opened and have always gotten back to us promptly and worked quickly and diligently to resolve our issues.
Bryce is the Bomb Diggity!

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY YOU WILL EVER DEAL WITH. I ORDERED PRODUCTS FROM THEM IN MAY OF THIS YEAR AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM AFTER I CALLED MANY TIMES AND THEY SAID THEY WERE MAILED...NOW I HAVE TO GO TO THE COURT HOUSE AND HAVE THEM SERVED WITH PAPERS TO GET MY MONEY BACK......THE BASTARDS.......DENA CLOUSE

I had an issue with some billing of QB Services and I got a personal phone call and I received outstanding customer service. I must say the two gentlemen I worked with have amazing patience. Will use this service in the future if need be.

We had a software issue with our QBPOS that shutdown our tracking capabilities and have been trying to get it resolved for the last week with no success and multiple calls to Intuit Support. We messaged QB Services on New Years Eve with the issue. Bryce called me back within 30 minutes after hours and helped fix the problem. They have outstanding customer service especially considering this is a holiday and most businesses are closed. He listened, understood and quickly resolved the problem. We will definitely be using them for all of our future needs in this arena and will be highly recommending them to everyone we know without hesitation.

All I can say is WOW!!! Amazing Customer Service!! We needed a scanner for our inventory count coming up- Dallas at QB services was able to answer all my questions before I purchased to make sure we were purchasing the right scanner for our needs. Then, unfortunately, the scanner did not make it on the truck for the next day shipment I requested, BUT Bryce called the next morning told me what happened and said he and Dallas would be hand delivering my scanner that day, as well as installing it for us, and making sure I knew how to use it before he left! I don't know how it could get much better than that. Thank you so much Dallas and Bryce, you made a normally stressful time of a year a breeze! Bryce was very helpful and walked me through the steps to get my POS updated and the Scanner explained. Feel more confident in using the Inventory scanner and the new updated POS.

I would absolutely recommend QB Services to anyone! Their service, professionalism and overall kindness make them truly a pleasure to work with. Even when I had to reschedule a remote session for assistance multiple times, Bryce could not have been more understanding or accommodating. In addition to their kind nature, they have made a all of IT needs a breeze (& this is from someone who is not very IT literate at all : ). Thank you QB Services!
