I was here last week and bought a couple of very cute tops. Like most people have said in the comments the employees were really not very helpful or nice but I figured for $15 for two cute shirts I could deal with some not so great customer service. I got the shirts home and was very excited to wear them, so I put them in the washing machine, not even on a heavy duty cycle or anything, just on a low/delicate cycle since one was kind of sheer, and when I took them out one had a few holes in it already and the other had a bunch of loose strings. I know they weren't expensive, but it's really disappointing to spend time looking for something only to have it be unwearable after one wash cycle, no matter how much it costs. I think this will be my first and last trip to Rainbow, since there are other places with equally cute tops that might cost a couple dollars more but are at least wearable after washing them. Really disappointed.

The reason I'm giving it two stars is because I love some of the clothes they have they're really cheap shirts right by the cash register made by ambiance I absolutely love them they're really comfortable they didn't have the long sleeve ones there when I went today but oh my God these shirts are like $15 on Amazon and here they're only $5 I would give this place a four star if the employees weren't such pathetic losers and such weirdo slow idiot low IQ lames I sat in there today for 10 to 15 minutes and there was two workers sitting up at the cash registers and one of them just kept saying no ma'am I'm not open and the other one was taken by a lady who is complaining that her prepaid card didn't get the $12 back and the employee was trying to explain to her that she doesn't get it back instantly she's going to have to wait a few days and I was like can you explain that to her while checking me out now I've been waiting 15 minutes so I just put the stuff down and left I've come to the store over 50 times and I can say this they have some really good cheap things sometimes but it's pretty rare but they always have really good cheap leggings and t-shirts to just lounge around at home and they could really make money if they hired real employees and they had real owners that actually gave a damn they're so ghetto I bought a bodysuit once came right back in never wore it and said hey this has a rip in it I didn't see let me switch it out and they said no you can't return a bodysuit and I said but I literally just bought it 30 seconds ago I just want to switch it and they said no really sad pathetic way to waste money why would you be in the Mall of America and have this bad of customer service??

Apparently, according to the female employee there today, you can only shop here if you are a person of color. (Employee) Yelled at my girlfriend because she was a white person in the store

I went to your store on the 25th of this month bought 3 shirts, 2 of them still had the sensors on them!I thought only 1 of the shirts had a sensor on it brought it in to have it removed.There are no towers in the store entrance to aket you to the problem The woman sales rep. Asked if I had the reciet to remove the sensor and of course I did.She was rather cold and did not offer an apology. She just took the sensor off, and said have a nice day.Now I have to make 2nd to trip to your store to remove another sensor!This is ridiculous!I worked in customer service retail for 20 years, I have never run into this problem.I have been shopping in your store for several years and I think you guys need to get your "act" togethet!together! Thought ok So I can see one sensor but two!Too many mistakes!Now I have to go back w/ myvreceipt in hand and get another sensor removed!Unacceptable!

Great prices need to sales plus size clothing at all locations and open up more then one cashier in each store.need more space in all stores.

Don’t shop here. The man in the store will accuse u of shop lifting just because your looking for items. I had a horrible experience here. I came looking for a 5dollar pair of leggings. That I had in my hand and was profiled by the man by the door. All because I was walking around looking for a shirt or jacket that matched the leggings. Instead I got accused of being someone who shoplifted there 2months prior because I had a hood on when I came in the store. Never coming back. They are racist. Even the mall coo said he has lots of problems because the man thinks everyone’s stealing. They need to bring back the lady who u used to watch them thieves from her ladder chair.

Urban planet has these guys beat. Rainbow has bunch of shirts that say I'm blessed In 2022 and it's 2023 yall need to have them on cheap clearance. Anyway yall go to urban plant on 2nd floor by jd shoes or rainbow time to up your game you don't even sale the pj sets like other rainbows this store was so much better when it was at where the walgreens is sense it moved its went down hill quick.

I normally never have a bad experience coming to this store becuz it does have some really cute outfits for affordable prices.However, on June 13, 2022 @ 5-6pm I was about to buy a really cute shirt from there and they had a worker who might have been a bit inexperienced and was taking a long time to take care of a customer.Another customer waiting in line went to find another worker on the floor and ask if he could help out the struggling worker on the register. Now I don't know if the customer was rude to ask but the male worker working there that day had a very bad attitude and was yelling at the customer like "you don't need to ask me. You make me look bad etc." Whether he was a having a bad day or not, it was a bit uncomfortable to see.I ended up not buying my top and left the store ASAP.
