Both my children have been students at Ramalynn. My daughter went on to Blake and then the U as a STEM Major with Honors and my son is currently enrolled. It is a second home for the children and has a very strong academic environment. The school is diverse, has an amazing sports camp, and fosters a love of learning. As a Ramalynn parent for 17 years, I couldn't be happier with the school. The sports program is co-ed with girls and boys competing together - very confidence-building. I would highly recommend the school to anyone considering a private school - you won't find anything better.

Having been a Ramalynn parent for over a decade with 2 kids going through this wonderful establishment, I could not be happier with the school. It is such a nurturing environment and my kids loved being in school. The Montessori way of teaching has instilled a love of learning and both my kids have consistently been ahead of the curve in both academic and emotional development. A great sports program too. I would highly recommend Ramalynn.

Ramalynn is probably one of the Twin Cities best-kept secret when it comes to pre-school and primary education.3-year old’s read, 5-year old’s do math, 6-year old’s are playing organized sports. And the owners are passionate about our kids, offering subsidized Suzuki violin lessons.Just an excellent institution!Couldn’t recommend enough.

Ramalynn is a small school with a very large impact. Academics are impressive; sports are excellent; and culture makes Ramalynn a school like none other. We, my partner and I, want our children to grow with knowledge, confidence, kindness and tolerance. The students of Ramalynn are disproportionately represented in top academic and athletic honors, but their ability to weather defeat and help each other through loss is truly remarkable. If we are daring to achieve in our lives, we will all fail and lose along the way. The students of Ramalynn are taught, practice and demonstrate resilience. We also want our children to have a global appreciation and tolerance. Lack of prejudice is learned at Ramalynn by knowledge of the world and an appreciation for culture. The academic viewpoint is not "other cultures and people," but just culture and people. Approaching humanities with this mindset allows greater tolerance and appreciation for each other. I do not expect our children to be college or professional athletes, but Ramalynn has nurtured many young athletes, who have gone on for remarkable athletic careers. Mr. Krishna's ability to connect, motivate and teach sports and how to be a team should be the focus of a master class for ALL coaches. Ms. Cassy incredibly recognizes and appreciates each child's (yes EACH) gifts while nurturing curiosity and development. In Ramalynn Montessori Academy tradition, the teachers are a curated team from preschool through 8th grade, effectively educating to surpass standardized testing expectations, inter-school competitions and real world challenges. The multitude of incredibly successful and creative students and parents of high integrity are not on the walls or website. Word of accolades achieved by former students and parents is quietly passed with genuine happiness for another's success. Ramalynn's value is not in being a scene to be seen or an association to "name drop." Ramalynn is invaluable as a school because it is designed to and succeeds in allowing every child to become the most they can be while having enough courage to support their classmates to succeed.

my son went to school there and had a so-so experience. if you are an athlete and stay on krishna's good side you are fine but if you do not want to play in his little sports camp he takes it out on your kids. i chose to keep my son out of sports camp and krishna proceeded to berate me in the parking lot, calling me and my family not worthy of being part of any community and cussing at me. krishna is a very spiteful man. avoid him at all cost

Ramalynn is an amazing school, I would highly recommend to all. The teachers are so kind and loving. Our daughter loves going to school every day. I know this sounds crazy, but our 4.5 year old is reading 15 page books, doing multiplication and division and loves learning the elements. Lastly, Ramalynn has been open all year long and we've have not had one student in my daughter's class have Covid. Truly an amazing school.

We are so thrilled we discovered Ramalynn for our kindergartener this year. Our son is absolutely thriving and his teachers and the entire staff is so very kind, loving and engaged. We love the amount of thoughtful independent learning time, balanced with the close attention and one on one time he receives. Through covid they have been responsible, diligent and very creative to make sure the environment is engaging, and still create a wonderful feeling of community. The floor hockey program really sealed the deal on our son’s love for this school. ?

Our boys each attended Ramalynn for 12 years. We had no intention of keeping our boys in a montessori environment after pre-school. That changed when we experienced the effectiveness of this school. Our boys thrived in this environment, both as students and human beings. They made friends and mentors that they still have relationships with 6 years later.

Excellent curriculum and very dedicated staff makes this school one of the best schools in twin cities. Their strong academic, sports and extra curricular programs like odyssey of the mind, knowledge bowl keeps a child focused and engaged in the school. There is nothing more comforting than knowing that your child is in safe hands and is being nurtured by teachers who truly care about his well being.

We've had two children at Ramalynn, and both have done and continue to do well. The owners and staff are exceptional at creating a nurturing and learning environment in the early years, and the curriculum as the kids have gone on through middle school has been top-notch. I never would have thought that Latin and philosophy would be my son's favorites. Ramalynn is a great place to learn - I highly recommend it.
