Joe helped me out. He was very informative about how the boot would fit and what RedWing’s repair policy is. While they didn’t have my size, he had me try on another (similar) boot to make sure the fit was perfect before placing an order. He also ran through the leather treatment and cleaning process so that I can keep my boots as happy as possible. It was a great experience.
