Called ahead and asked them to confirm if they were able to take a La-z-boy chair donation and they said yes. Got there 10 minutes later and the attendant in back refused to take it claiming they didn't have space. Dude was extremely rude and argumentative.

Going to be a great store

This Salvation Army store has made a huge effort to be more attractive & user friendly. I love the reorganization. Books are now toward the back wall & have their own isle. All shelves are arranged carefully, so it's easy to find things. I both shop & donate at this store since it opened. A great place!
Grandkids & even my pup love the clothes.

I bought a piece of furniture on Saturday morning but couldn’t take it with me because I didn’t have a vehicle to pick it up.
I came back that same day, one hour later, to pick it up, but I had forgotten the receipt.
The staff member who helped me didn’t let me take it without the receipt.
I offered to show her a photo of the receipt so I could pick up my purchase, but she didn’t accept it.
I’m aware that it was my mistake to forget the receipt, but I came back just one hour later, and the same person who helped me and received my payment refused to let me take it. It’s not like I came back days later or anything like that.
Now I don’t know what will happen with my purchase, and I don’t have much transportation availability to pick it up except on Saturdays.
I hope you can provide me with an alternative. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

Prices are too high. The clothes and shoes are all the same now with little variety compared to previous visits. I notice clearance tags from other stores on items. Some staff are not very friendly. One woman was very loud and was rude with a customer ahead of me. Disappointed.

I love this location they have tons of name brand items including new items daily. Dressing rooms were open and was able to try on my great finds.

There clothes aren’t even that great and they are trying to price them as much as clothes mentor that lets me try them on. Excuse me you have competition!

I called and asked if they would take a 4 poster bedframe, they said absolutely yes. 20 minutes later they refused to take it because they didn't have room. Waste of time. Their loss.

Nice little shop . Found exactly what I needed and got great customer service . Unlike some of the "Karen" reviews I've read I didn't have any issues at this location . Happy shopping ❤

Fitting rooms close an hour or more before close, refused sale if not in line to check out 5 minutes prior to close. Just rude!

Love me some thrift store scores! The Sally is consistently one of the cheaper thrift stores around town. And if you make it to one of the by- the- pound locations, you'll really get a good deal. My partner in thriftin' and I like to play a game called "who can find the ugliest figurine". We then gues which one the other person found. Try it! You never know what treasures await you until you're there!

This location rates at the bottom of all Salvation Army’ stopped a few times over the last year when in the area and I’ve seen the same exact items between visits which have 2-3 months apart. It’s all picked over, clothing racks are stuffed but with old, stretched out, faded items no one wants. Completely broken appliances and electronics, and trashed shelves.

Outrageous pricing… not a thrift store anymore. The manager ‘Joe’ needs training.
