The only reason I’m giving 5 stars goes to Patricia in the liquor store/ her co worker that samples. She goes above and beyond even when customers do not deserve it. I’ve witnessed people be SO rude to her and have the nerve to complain about her when she doesn’t deserve it- it’s not the associates fault that they aren’t scheduling more employees or going to assist, don’t take it out on the people just doing their job. Patricia is probably the only reason I like coming to this location- she deserves recognition!

Did curbside pickup and the employee brought out the cart and just walked away. I can to talk to a manager and was on hold for 20 minutes before being disconnected....

Easy scan and go. No lines double-check on the way out. Most snacks are portion sized. Easy to not let anyone eat to much.

Apparently Sam's Club dumped their DEI policy and do not protect any diversity in the workplace so I'm canceling my membership and going to costco!!!!!

I don't understand why when there's 20 people lined up for the human cashier, nobody hops in. Sorry to say this, but the one cashier with all the American flag accessories loves to have long chats with the Hispanic people, wasting everyone's time.
At costco, there would be 6 to 10 human lines with one person unloading your stuff, a cashier, and another person loading your things.
If there was a Costco next to Sam's club, I would never go to Sam's club.... That's just the blunt truth.
Updated review: I went back again today.. same situation. One human cashier. The manager said "We aren't trying to be like Costco with lots of human cashiers" I said that's fine. I left my cart and walked out of the store and probably may not be back.

There is not carts for shopping
We ask to the guys were at the entrance door and they told us we have to go to find the carts at the parking lot

It's sad to post this because my mom always shops here to get us food we like, especially their pasteurized eggs. Unfortunately, I had to tell my mom to let go of this store and cancel her membership when possible due to it no longer supporting the diversity community. Why are you going to step foot in a place that doesn't acknowledge you? We still have Costco, though, and they are supporting us with the current chaos from Trump.

Got there early so easy to get what I needed and check out. Love how you can do self checkout and by the time you get to exit door they have all info already and wave you thru. Unless you are trying to sneak out with something.
