We were with a large group at the mall on a busy weekend. Everybody wanted something different to eat so, we visited several of the restaurants at this food court. The food court was overflowing with folks, not a free table to be seen. Every restaurant had a long line, including Sbarro. This is to be expected during these extra busy times though. Regardless, the line moved quite quickly. They were prepared for the rush. There were many varieties of slices to choose from and all other hot food on the line was well-stocked and looked fresh. Service was quick and friendly. The pizza slices are always large and decently priced. The pizza was tasty and filling. Sbarro always delivers on good fast-casual italian fare. We will return always.Vegetarian options: I mean...there's typically at least two other vegetarian options of slices, besides cheese, available. A large majority of the menu is easily vegetarian: pastas/salads/garlic knots/strombolis/etc. Very easy for us vegetarians to indulge here.Parking: Large parking ramps are located at either the east or west sides of the mall. Around the mall, you will find smaller surface lots. All parking at the mall is free during the day. The only overnight parking allowed is for valet-parked guests of one of the two attached hotels. Due to the location of the food court and the size of the mall, plan on still having to walk a bit before reaching this food court.Kid-friendliness: A pizza counter...at the second largest mall in America? Yeah...it's definitely kid-friendlyWheelchair accessibility: Since this is a food court restaurant, it is open and easily to navigate with a wheelchair/crutches/etc.

Sbarro is not how you remember it. The crust, sauce, and cheese are all different and are now disgusting. Frozen pizza is better than this. The breadsticks are also nasty now. To make matters worse, the person “preparing” our food was smearing chapstick all over his lips with his bare fingers. There were like six people working, how come the one sticking fingers in his mouth is the one who touches the food? Anyways, I could only stomach half of my supreme slice. It now sits in the garbage where it belongs. I hope at the very least Mr. Chapstick Fingers has nice, healthy lips now so this trash meal and the satisfaction of my dinner didn’t die in vain.

It's ok. Not bad pricing. Been burnt a few times I've gotten it.

Food was great as always. Never had a bad slice in 30 years. Sadly this looks like it might be the last location on the metro.

We went to the mall of America location.. My daughter ordered the bacon, sausage stromboli. For the whopping price of $8, what she received was merely an over priced reheated hot pocket. I'm all set ever ordering from this franchise again.

Came here at lunchtime and was told they weren't serving people. Didn't provide an explanation. Waste of time.

Do yourself a huge favor! Go someplace else. The employees are rude, unhelpful, or just unhappy they have to physically work. They are out of almost everything today. No pop, no red pepper. The food just isn't worth the hassle. You will thank me later.

The pizza was sooo good and the workers were very funny and nice ?Dietary restrictions: I wish that they would put some gluten free items on the menu because my mother has a gluten allergy and it is always pretty hard for her to find something gluten free

Pizza was so disgusting. Came at 6 to eat an hour before closing, barely any pizza and the cheese tasted like cardboard and like it had been sitting for hours. Kid dropped our cup and wanted to still use it for our drink. Absolutely disgusting.

Good pizza. A little bit pricey but it's in Mall of America everything is a little pricier.

Pizza is good. The workers are absolutely horrible. They don't tell you where to order. people standing around they don't engage. Apathetic people are the worst to hire in a service business.

i stopped by sbarro at the food court in the MOA for a quick lunch and got the breadstick combo and pepperoni stomboli. the total cost was $9. it was delicious, filling, and prepared very quickly! they have a variety of pizzas and bread you can choose from. customer service was excellent and the servers were nice. there's usually always people in line, but the line moves very quickly. there's tables in the food court where you can dine at. overall rating: 7/10
