Customer Service a joke there is no customer service just stock answers that have nothing to do with my current issue. Owned now by a company in South Korea. Schwann/ now Yelloh as a company is a sell out. I’m missing an item from my delivery. I can’t get in touch with anybody in regards to it or get a refund for it so it will cost me $6.99 to cut off doing business with them . I will not be using Yelloh ever again.

My daughter bought me a Red Baron Supreme Pan Pizza and the worse pizza I can remember having. And don't go by the instructions because half the time half the temp and it was a tinge on the too done side. Put the pizza in watch it every 5 minutes.I open the box and the ingredients were on one side of the pizza. I'll stick wíth my go to pizza, Freschetta pizza.

I like schwan's (yelloh) food, but I keep getting a text message saying, last chance order for delivery today. However, if I order there seems to be no way to get the order that day. Why does schwan's send this message? Irritating!

Big THANKS to the driver who made it through the snowstorm to our house today. I added leftover turkey to Schwans/Yelloh Five Grain Pilaf, and about 1 cup of Schwans steam-in-bag Broccoli Florets. The picture may not show it, but it tastes really good!

Schwans has the worlds worst Customer Service. I placed an order for my 95 year old Mother on 8/22. Order was supposed to be delivered on Friday, 8/26. Order was not received. I called on the 27th, was advised order had not shipped yet and would ship on Monday 8/29. I was also told I would be sent an email confirming order was shipped. On Tuesday 8/30, I called to check the status. I was told order still had not shipped. Rep could not tell me when order would be shipped. I asked to speak to a supervisor, none was available. I cancey order and will mever use Schwans again. This company deserves to go out of business

Horrible experience trying to get some food. Scheduled through the website, next day I get an email saying that it's been rescheduled to two weeks later apropos of nothing. Chatted with support and they assured me it's out for delivery today. It doesn't show up, and I practically have to beg the next customer service person to get it to me a day later than I originally scheduled instead of two to four days. Finally when the order shows up, it's missing items. The delivery driver isn't wearing a mask on a day when COVID cases reach record numbers. Absolute trash fire of a job, unbelievable.

My son went for an interview and ride along in GreenBay Wi last week (Wednesday). He was more then qualified for the position but was discriminated against because of his weight. He was sent an email two days later saying he was not picked for the delivery position. How horrible has our Society become. And you wonder why your always looking for drivers? Well, here’s a classic example. I have now canceled my subscription with your company.

We have had two deliveries from Schwan's. We decided to try their services due to COVID and the fact that our 2nd baby will be arriving soon so looking for easy meals. The 1st delivery was great. It took about 3 weeks to arrive, but we knew this when we placed our order. Food is good quality, fast and easy, and order was accurate so we decided to order again. The 2nd delivery took about 3weeks to arrive but was missing 5 items and 2 items were damaged. I immediately called and customer service told me the missing and damaged items were being shipped to me - we were given a shipment date one month away. Dissatisfied that we had to wait an additional month to get our items, but I agreed and said thank you. One month later and no shipment from Schwans. I called customer service again. The representative told me they were unable to ship the items to me and she would happily give me a refund. Bravo for giving a refund vs a credit, but why did Schwans not call me first? Had I not called, I would have been out $100. Schwans has quality products with a large selection of items ready to cook. I love how everything is pre-portioned and much of it can be prepared from frozen (for those busy days mom forgets to defrost a day ahead). Easy to follow directions on each package!With that said, I'm left with a difficult decision on whether to continue service. Love the products and the ease of online ordering but we are very dissatisfied with their customer service. For the premium that we are paying I would expect better service.

2 of your sales trucks were parked at a Kwik Trip. I asked if I could buy product and the drives said certainly. When they totaled it up I asked why the final price was so much higher than the quoted price. He said there is a $4 delivery fee. I said but you are not delivering anything. I came to you while you were hanging out on break. He said there was nothing he could do. That fee increased my item by 20%. That's ridiculous and you lost a sale and future sales. #greed #nonsense

Our family of four enjoys Schwan's pizzas and my son specifically loves the tortellini. However, this review is focused on the service of our delivery driver (south central Omaha NE). Damian stops by regularly to check on us to see if we need/want to order. He's always friendly and he never pressures us to buy. He goes out of his way to set up delivery when we for sure will be home. When he stops by and we're not home, he leaves us a note with his contact info and the current catalog. It is because of this level of customer service that we will continue to be repeat customers. Thanks Damian!

Ok so they can get pricey... but... they have deals so watch out for the deals to get decent prices. Rewards too. Good quality but I really like the convenience of having groceries delivered. The keep cold bags are nice. No issues with delivery thus far!

We ordered from the website and was supposed to get 3 boxes of bagel dogs but they told us they were out and that there was none on the truck and the delivery guy was 40 minutes late for delivery and he didn’t seem to care that we didn’t have our bagel dogs.

They used to be able to find us wherever we were living. They were ready every two weeks. They were part of our family life.
Then I got a divorce. And they went online. And I made the mistake of making an order.
A month ago.
It still isn't here.
I feel as though I'm being punished, so we're done.
