They do in fact, offer worker's comp insurance. However, reasonable communication, invoicing, and audits and pricing are suspect. Worth shopping around.

Terrible company to work with. No one ever can answer your questions, they send you in an endless loop of messaging someone else to get back to you. No one responds back to you unless it’s time for you to pay them. They extended my policy period after I canceled and then is fighting me to pay for services I didn’t want. Just terrible, I’d never give them your business!

I used this company for workers comp insurance for my business. They gave me a number of what I am to pay for that year. After the year was over they did an audit that they then determined I should pay for the previous year of $6812 more. I cancelled my policy all to get a collection notice for $8165 with absolutely no communication telling me I even had a bill due. How do you go back and say oh I charged you to little so now you have to pay this amount?? That is absurd. I will not recommend using this company.

Shoutout to claims rep Abby Schulz. I honestly expected dealing with a work comp company to be an absolute nightmare, but Abby has been on top of things and responds promptly to emails. Maybe I'm just lucky because my case was really cut-and-dry so it didn't get denied - it sounds like a lot of other people have had bad experiences. But Abby exceeded my expectations.

Waste of my time while my pain could have been improving. They look for ways not to help you, don't do it. They dissect every word you say and question every decision you made leading up to the injury and after!

Nancy her. She is terrible. She set a voice message that she will be available from 7:30 to 3:30. But she is not!! Every day and every other day I called called and called, kept message but she did not pick the phone even not call back. What should I say?? If ALMIGHTY ALLAH swt is true, she will get it back what she is doing with the sufferers.
Shame on her. Shame.

Horrible company to work with. The claim adjuster was the worst to work with, she put the wrong date on my claim. Never returned phone calls, would only communicate private info over email. I never got in to see an occupational health physician, even with a referral from a doctor. I waited over 2 weeks, 2 weeks turned into a month, 1 month into 2 months, now 2 months later, I was never seen for my work injury and it was never documented by the employer. I had send in all of my forms and documents at least twice. Horrible experience with this company. Don't waste your time going thru them, stick with your own insurance.

I've had nothing but excellent experience with SFM. They have been our preferred provider at my last two jobs, and they are always professional and easy to work with. All representatives are knowledgable and communicate well. Highly recommended!

Will not send you renewals. So your insurance lapses and the State comes after you for lapsed required insurance. Will sue this company if this costs me even a penny more. How an insurance company outside of the State of
Wisconsin is the Workman's Comp insurance for the State of Wisconsin is unfathomable. I'll be reporting this company to BBB.
