10-15 minutes from the airport with lots of parkingThe hotel is aged and in need of an overhaul and the water pressure sucks. Running in the shower to get wet isn't a joyful morning game...Breakfast doesn't start til 6:30 in the restaurant or the lounge?

Room was nice and roomy, however it smells like an old carpet. Staff are great and always have a smile on their face.

Every time I stay at the Sheraton, I am impressed by the staff. This last visit, they went above and beyond to give my husband and I a memorable anniversary stay. We received a surprise room upgrade and other personal, thoughtful touches. (Thank you, Katherine!) We stayed over the weekend, so the hotel was quiet. We enjoyed the Sheraton Club lounge with the fancy coffee maker and sparkling water,and all of the comfortable furniture in our suite. We booked the dining package and dined at Lela restaurant both nights. My husband and I were warmly welcomed and attended to by the staff. The food was delicious, too. This is a hotel we return to again and again, because we are always made to feel special. Thank you.Rooms: The beds and chaise lounges are very comfortable.Food & drinks: Lela restaurant has excellent food and drink and the best service. The Sheraton Club has a nice coffee maker and well-stocked beverage cooler.

We held a party for almost 300 and stayed one night in this hotel. It was beautiful and comfortable, but I took off one star as the front desk seemed understaffed for the amount of customers, and most of the other nearby hotels offer a pool for the same price as this place. I removed another star because i wished the food was better. The beds, pillows and bedsheets in the room were very comfortable. I wished they had more/better lighting though. Everything else was fairly standard. The ballroom was beautiful and I enjoyed the modern styled chandeliers. The are adjacent to the ballroom was large and handled the pre-dinner crowd very well. The service was hit or miss. Front desk (3/5). Seemed understaffed for the amount of customers. Event Manager (0/5). The first event manager left the company before our event, and failed to take notes or relay any information to their successor before our event. Event staff (4/5). During the event, the entire staff was helpful and most were friendly. Buffet (3/5). Loved the salmon, but the chicken was tough and lacked flavor. The kids loved the pasta but I thought it was bland. The potatoes and veggies were blah.

Nice place to stay. Keep in mind half the rooms have views into the lobby. So if you want sunlight - ask for an outside facing

I stayed in this hotel over the weekend. It is a hotel for business travelers, so it was quiet during the weekend. The receptionists were welcoming and friendly. All the spaces that I visited were clean and comfortable. The only down thing is that they do not have a pool and the restaurant is closed on Sunday.

Front desk wasn’t aware of a meeting that was scheduled on the other side of the restaurant. I was a bit embarrassed and felt like staff didn’t care either way. Maybe I was over-excited to be at this venue, but didn’t feel any compassion for an event being held on the property.

Stayed here for one night in order to be closer to the Minneapolis Airport. The hotel overall was very nice and the room was super clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back to stay! ?

Disappointed on my last night there. My things were stolen when I was back to hotel. Appreciate for the follow up to investigate and improve hotel security. Also, I would like to have a compensation with my loss of belongings.Thanks.

I was here for a business meeting. The staff was absolutely amazing from the time I walked in until I checked out, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Weeks leading up to my arrival they (Joe, Kathy and Alex) were very detailed orientated regarding my requests and were very responsive to all questions,changes and needs. The food catered by the kitchen was excellent-- had breakfast and lunch buffetts, Guillermo was our setup/server and did an awesome job. Lela restaurant in their lobby was delicious, our waiter Juan was very knowledgeable about the food, wine and specialty drinks. The hotel inside is absolutely beautiful. Perfect spaces for weddings, meetings and business trips. I got to work with Tyler from their AV--knowledgeable and friendly! Great location. My room was comfortable, bed was great!

The outside looks dated, but it has been remodeled recently, and the inside is nice. The rooms have also been remodeled and are good and well. There were plenty of charging options, and everything was clean. They do have low ceilings, and I was able to hear my neighbor, but overall, it was a good experience.

this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The TV system is so old one need not try and get it to work. The lighting system in the room is worthless. The desk clerk even agrees it is an old hotel and hasn't had any updates.We are Marriott Bonvoy members with some status. Let me tell you - don't stay there because you have loyalty to Marriott. It us to be a beautiful hotel - not anymore. By the way, if you have status you can go to the 'club' for breakfast. It is inn a dungeon - can barely find it. Food is disgusting.Hopefully, we are saving you money and aggravation.

Only flaw is a noise ceiling air fan. Otherwise, front desk staff was very nice, professional, efficient, and friendly.

Emre, the hotel receptionist, provided exceptional service during my stay. His warm welcome, knowledge, and efficiency made my experience truly enjoyable. He's a valuable asset to the hotel, and I highly recommend it thanks to his excellent customer service.
