A Touch of Beauty, A Heart of Gold—Snips Salon and Alex Make All the Difference
For the past month, I've been bringing my dear friend—who lives with Parkinson’s—to Snips Hair Salon. Our visits have been more than just appointments; they’ve become restorative experiences, thanks to Alex, our wonderful hairdresser.
Alex goes far beyond the expected. Her patience, kindness, and remarkable attention to detail ensure my friend always leaves with a beautiful hairstyle and a flawless manicure. But even more, she brings warmth and dignity to the experience—treating my friend not only with professional skill but with genuine compassion.
Watching my friend feel truly cared for and uplifted after each visit has been a gift. I wholeheartedly recommend Snips Salon and, in particular, Alex, whose dedication and heart make all the difference.

I love coming here! The staff are all very friendly, and it is a fun atmosphere. Taylor does an excellent job cutting my curly hair and making me look great and feel confident!

So happy with my haircut experience with Olivia! She was friendly, easy to talk to, and really took the time to understand the style I was going for. Throughout the cut, she checked in with me multiple times to make sure I was comfortable with what she was doing. As simple as it sounds, it’s surprisingly hard to find someone who can do a great layered cut on long, semi-wavy hair. After a string of mediocre or botched cuts from other stylists in the area, I was definitely a bit wary—but Olivia totally restored my faith. I’ll absolutely be back to see her again! The salon overall was modern and clean, a nice upgrade from what it used to look like.

Customer service was good at check in. My actual pedicure not good for the price. The nail tech didn't seem experienced. I had to tell her to cut my toe nails down. Polish jib bad. The girl doing my daughter's pedicure left said she had another appt. so that was a disappointment because her nails were also not up to Parr. Overall not a good experience.

Josie is a wonderful stylist! Josie took the time to listen and ask questions about color, length and the style I wanted. She took her time and paid attention to detail. This was my first time in the salon so was a bit nervous but Josie took great care and made sure I liked the cut and color. This was the best cut, color and style I've had in a very long time. Thanks Josie and I will be back!

This was my first time visiting the salon for a haircut and style. Taylor did a great job of really listening as I showed her a picture of the style I was looking for. She was great at keeping the conversation easy and light with no uncomfortable silences. Salon is bright and cheery. Becky does an excellent job at the front desk.

I wouldn’t recommend Alex… unprofessional, cold, and gave me an uneven haircut. I wasn’t going to leave a review, but it’s been two weeks since my haircut and I’m still so sad about my experience :(

Kendall did an amazing job with my color roots touch up! She listened carefully to me (I have fragile, difficult hair & particular about color), she was thoroughly professional, gentle, and explained things well. My first time back in US in more than 14 years, it's reassuring to find a great beautician so near my new home.
