Stopped in here late last night, was greeted by the store clerk, very polite, answered questions , went above and beyond what was expected. Just wanted to share how delightful it is to relieve this type of service, when it is not often this way at other places most of the time, bought him a lottery ticket and i hope he wins , management.....take care of this guy, any employee thats greeting the door with this caliber of potential at 3:30 a.m., needs to be recognized

Staff here is great. Nate the manager is always fun to chat with and shoutout to Maria and Scott who work there as well always very nice. I enjoy going to stores where everyone knows you on a first name basis and the staff makes it fun to get my morning coffee. Highly recommend this location.

When I came in JENNY the cashier was already cursing and all upset. I grabbed my drinks and went to check out and I have not had worse customer service anywhere. This lady JENNY really needs to be talked to. I would love to come speak to a manager or owner about this. Absolutely disgusting way to treat long term customers for this specific store.

Been here a million times, dude with the beard and flannel is constantly raging and swearing about work and this and that. Sitting there on his phone complaining to someone on speaker. Slamming my products and the scanner. Needs to get under control.

I find myself at this convenience store fairly often as it's centrally located to several places I also frequent. They almost always have my 'usuals' in stock, which is more than I can for several of their nearby Speedway sister locations. I do wish they offered more roller grill vegetarian items than just the one option. It's pretty rare to see more than a few roller grill items at any given time here anyways. They also pick and choose when to have hot pizza or sandwiches prepared. Their pizza is actually okie-dokie for a gas station. It's nice to grab a quick slice in the middle of the day in between errands when it is available. The store is clean enough considering the amount of traffic it sees. Most of the staff is friendly and efficient, although sometimes you do have to wait for an associate to finish up whatever they're doing on their phones before they greet/assist you. Overall, this is an alright convenience store with pretty well-stocked merchandise on shelves and in the coolers.

Today when I entered the store I was approached by Chuck the gas station sales associate. I asked politely about creating a money order he stated "Show me the money". When I questioned him about his tone he said "Get out of the store" "You are a monkey ", "Get out or I'll kill you because I have a gun" and "I do not want to deal with you black people" . I was so confused because I did not understand why he was acting this way. I asked him for his manager and he said "I will call the police get out" A Hispanic lady was standing behind him she just told me to get out with no explanation. I have proof in a video . I contacted 911 but they told me to contact the integrity helpline. I would like the investigator to fire these employees for the racist comments.

Don't use your points at this location. I tried redeeming a 25 cents off per gallon of gas and guy didn't know how to redeem points the proper way. So I got screwed out of 4000+ points and no discount.

Ever since Speeday/7-11 took over this place has gone downhill fast. Trash everywhere and nothing stocked properly. 1 employee sitting on the floor in the middle of the register area, surrounded by garbage, having a meltdown. Another employee wandering from the gas pumps back inside to check out one person then wander back outside even though there's still a line at checkout. Another employee with a huge mess of tiny paper bits covering the floor by the coolers. Sticky floors. Good thing there's plenty of better options for gas stations in either direction on Lyndale!

Today were in the middle of a snow storm and today the employees were hostile and confrontational . My handicapped husband with prosthetic leg was berated today for parking outside the doors in the front. The one handicapped spot was in use by someone without a handicap permit posted. The Mgr was outside smoking and yelled at me and refused to hear what my husband had to say. Even when he showed her his prosthetic leg. She didn’t care and to top it off her coworker got in my husband’s face. We will never go there again. Sticking to Leroy’s or Holiday for now on!

My Biggest issue is with this location is that it says its 24/7 with a wells Fargo atm. I door dash so its important to he able to have reliable locations to use the bathroom at night and pull or deposit money at night, and i have to always remember thatbthis gas sation is rarely open past 11
