We have been using Spring Green for two or three summers now and are extremely happy with no intention to switch. The customer service is exceptional, thorough and easy to obtain whether by phone or text. The operate with honesty and transparency with their services. Pricing is fair. Quality of service great, our lawn is looking better every year with its proper care. Have and will continue to recommend Spring Green to friends and neighbors. (We have used the standard lawn care and mosquito/tick treatment.)

Spring Green is a great company. Whatever issues you have with your lawn, pests/bugs, and/or underground sprinkler system, Spring Green will take care of it. I currently have a serious crabgrass problem. Spring Green is taking care of it in a way as if it were their own lawn. Thanks Spring Green.

Really bad service!!! They didn’t finish my whole yard fertilization!!! Looking for another company!!!

Poor customer service. My camera shows this company showed up and did the front yard fertilizing and left. When I called them, they promised to come and redo my entire yard, but did not. My house has a fence and a gate locked. No one ring the bell or knock on our door and ask to open the gate. So yes, i knew the back yard was not done.
Update: sorry, none of what you explained below happened. You can’t locate my account is probably because you guys deleted my account when I didn’t pay for your incomplete service back in Oct of last year. I been with you guys for 2 years and always paid on time. The only reason i checked the camera for your last service was because i forgot to open the gate and wanted to make sure you could get in. But what i saw was a guy showing up for 3-5 minutes in my front yard then left. I called your rep to have someone come redo, but no one showed up. Then beginning of this year your company didn’t even come to do the spring fertilization. I found someone else to do the job if you don’t want my business.

If you just want a company that comes and sprays your lawn and never talks with you about how to help it beyond that then this is the one for you.
Spring Green’s pledge to cater their services to your lawn is a lie. They sent someone out to do an ‘assessment’, which was just a person pointing out all the things I can see with my own eyes, and then leaving a pile of generic informational flyers at the door. No one talked to us and even after complaining I wanted someone to help us further with advice about our grass, they just said they’d re-do the assessment. So these person came and did the exact same thing…
We still have weeds despite months of their application. Not worth the money.

I used them for 2 years and didn't renew. I've had extreme street repairs in the last year. I didn't renew them this year because of such and my lawn was ripped up. They came anyway. I called to their office and was informed that it auto renews. I asked her where I signed up for this and she had nothing. What a joke.
