The outdoor area was under construction the entire time we were there. The gym is small and combined with a laundry room. However, the gym has plenty of free weights, a couple of treads and ellipticals, as well as an incline bench, some medicine balls and additional stuff. The laundry is free, which is a nice bonus. The breakfast layout was a little crowded but had a pretty good variety. Overall not a bad stay. No real issues. Just wish the the amenities had been little more available

Nice location. No late check out for Diamond Elite is unacceptable though. Literally the reason why I use IHG. Place wasn't even full. Noted not to book here again.

Overall 8/10, if I had to stay in Minneapolis again I would choose this hotel. They had a great pool and outside patio. I liked that breakfast was free and I liked the idea of social night. Prices in the snack room could be a lot cheaper and more reasonable. A couple of things I would suggest improving for future guests, mainly the hotel room was clean but the prior guest must have cooked something or put something in the sink because when I arrived and every time I walked in the room there was a smell of rotten food even though we couldn't find any. Other than that I can tell that the cleaning staff do their job well. Another thing that couldn't use improvement is the breakfast, particularly the eggs. I tried eggs two times, 2 days and they were both, I'm sorry to say totally awful and didn't taste right. I mean maybe just spend the extra money and get real eggs instead of the powdered. One thing that bugged me about this hotel is that there's no cameras around the hotel parking lot. So I guess it's on you if your car gets broken into and you won't know who does it and you won't have proof to show your insurance. Other than that, the hotel is quiet and comfortable. I did enjoy the various amenities available. And there is a nice backstreet that leads to Dennys for real eggs, and Olive Garden.

Great place to stay when visiting the city's. Location is close to many amenities. Staff was kind and helpful. As a frequent visitor to staybridge hotels this is a good one.

We stay here everytime we come to Minnepolis. There is 6 of us all together and the 2 bedroom suite fits us perfect plus it has a full kitchen with cooking ability and fridge. Free breakfast is always great and we were far from the mall or attractions. Desk staff was nice and friendly told us about new stuff and places to eat to construction and traffic.

This hotel was spotless and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The attention to detail in regards to the cleanliness is beyond ordinary. This hotel takes pride in ensuring that everything exceeds expectations. I highly recommend!

I’ve stayed at the exact hotel 247 days in 2024, and currently this whole year minus a week I went to Florida, the ability to cook your own food with the mini kitchen makes it a great place to stay. Free laundry machines minus the detergent (but able to purchase downstairs.

The room is clean, and the bed is very comfortable. If you prefer a room without a door, the wheelchair-accessible option is recommended for easy movement. The kitchen is well-equipped with a large refrigerator and microwave, as well as a dishwasher and wardrobe. Dove-brand soap and shampoo are provided. Guests also have access to a washer and dryer. The location is very convenient, easily accessible from American Boulevard, and ideal for those who want to avoid traffic since there are multiple exit routes. Nearby, there’s an Italian restaurant with delicious pasta.

My stay at Staybridge was phenomenal the moment I stepped in. They have a newly renovated lobby and their rooms were very clean and well decorated. Free laundry and breakfast! The atmosphere was welcoming. The location was very close to Lake Normandale, a beautiful well maintained lake for your Sunday morning walks.
Each front desk person went above and beyond for my requests. Special thanks to Devan, Daniel, Adam, and Linda for superb service and hospitality! I will be returning if I am ever in the area again!

Clean clean my family and I very very happy with the suit we stayed in better then Wisconsin dells where we have stayed at multiple hotels and every time we go and pay $$$ lots, dirty bathroom ect- but here we loved it!!!!. My kids were so happy the had dove soap lotion shampoo conditioner what we use in our home lol LOVE IT!!!!.

Well to start off, the rooms were as advertised. The diahwasher was running when we checked into the room. We had to put away someone elses dishes. Then one of the outlets by the window in the living room wasn't working. That wasn't a big deal for us. We even had the light switch for the outlet on. Just wasn't working. Anyways... the breakfast in the morning was not great at all. The egg and cheesw omelets were ice cold, like they just came out of the freezer not even heated. I had to tell someone and they took my plate and microwaved it for like 20 seconds. Still was cold. The breakfast area is super small. The second days breakfast the waffle mix was not mixed. One if the workers there snatched it out of my hands and said it wasn't good. That was really rude to snatch it out of my hands. You could've politely said it wasn't good and ask for it. Then their juice was out and we had to ask for a refill for that. Then the danishes were still frozen. Is anything ever warmed up there? It didn't seem like it. Wasn't a fan of their breakfast at all.
Then my family and I were excited for the pool. We got all ready, got there and we couldn't swim in the pool... the pool was ice cold. Like lake/ocean cold. I've never been in a pool that was so cold before. I wasn't letting my kids in a hot tub, so they didn't get to swim. I specifically picked a hotel with a pool. I was very upset about that. When we went out to the front desk to complain and ask about it, no one was there. When I checked out the lady didn't really speak English, so I couldn't explain everything. She didn't even ask how my stay was. I'm definitely do not recommend this hotel. There are better.
Rooms: Rooms were nice as expected. Did not appreciate putting away dishes that were in the dishwasher from the previous people.
Food & drinks: Everything was always cold.
