Store is poorly managed employees and managers are unaware of return policy which defective product. Customer service for as issue was not resolved. Communication between manager and employees Is lacking. I would not recommend shopping here.

Good store. Small selection of mens shoes but quality. All the ladies working are nice and helpful despite how busy the store is and really took the time to help me out. they didn’t have the size I needed ordered it for me with free shipping which was very kind of them.

Never received my refund , told me I could be refunded back to my card when I first put purchased and that it would go back automatically but then they expected to come to the store while I don’t even live in that state what happenes for tourist they expect us to fly back , my ordered was messed up and never recieved my money

Steve Madden shoes not stand by their product. You can't return shoes even if you only wore them once and you can see in the pictures they were not dirty. They were so uncomfortable and gave me blisters after wearing them for 2 hours. Steve Madden used to be one of my go to shoe stores, but I will never buy another pair.

Was nothing but nice to the workers and bought a $100+ pair of heels, the workers were incredibly rude and had horrible attitudes. I was shocked … never write reviews but this literally put me in a bad mood. Would give 0 stars if I could.
