Awesome jacket, pretty costly but I'm told it's worth the money. Friend gave me $100 if I bought it as he loves them and thinks I need a warmer jacket. Thanks, buddy!

Stopped by to visit on my in from out of town. Store is a decent size and they have variety of things. I wish they had more Nuptuse 1996 jackets. Overall cool store even though I didn’t find anything I liked.

Felt harassed and watched throughout the store. It was a really uncomfortable shopping experience. I’m a loyal XPLR pass member and have never felt so uncomfortable. Still ended up purchasing an item. But surely won’t be back!

Very helpful and well-informed staff. Helped me with a set of retro 1996 Mountain, Denali, and Nuptse jackets that I have wanted since I was a teen back in the late 90s.

I love North Face products, but the staff at this location are terrible.
I went in to exchange a jacket for the correct size that was received as a gift. They tried to immediately tell me they didn’t have it in stock. I ended up finding the correct size in plain sight within seconds. They noticed I found it and tried to immediately process the exchange, practically begging for the jacket out of my hands. I had to firmly tell them that I wanted to try it on first and ensure it fits. They rushed me and impatiently stared the entire time I was trying it on in the mirror.
Once the exchange transaction was complete, they told me the jacket was returned early that day. Nervously, I went home and took a closer look at the jacket. It has a strong smell of body odor (especially in the armpit area) and a tare in the inner lining. This jacket was clearly heavily used and returned. It should have been inspected closer and never placed back on the floor. I will have to make another inconvenient trip to exchange the jacket again.
Had I not been bombarded by all three boys at the register and given time to actually look at the jacket without them eyeing me like a hawk, this could have been avoided. I miss when The North Face brand was focused on high-quality outdoors gear, and less about trendy cool aesthetics. For a $300+ jacket, I should’ve been given the patience to ensure I was making a quality purchase. Instead, this damaged jacket was carelessly thrown back on the sales floor and hastily resold to me without any regard.

Great experience!
I came in with my friend recently to look for jackets that would work for his disabled father.
We were promptly greeted by store employee Amanda. She listened intently to my friend. She was kind, helpful and took her time to bring out several options while also educating us about the various Black Friday discounts.
We were grateful for her excellent service. Thank you!

They don't have tags on the products that tell you how much they cost

This store is a joke. The staff have never walked down a hiking trail. It's insulting having these idiots try to sell me stuff then not even be able to tell me the fabric it's made out of.
Also the staff here is too stupid to use Google. Look how they tried securing a harness onto a 2000 dollar 8000m suit.

Awesome North Face store - quite large, clean, lots of options, and staff was friendly!

Don't get me wrong, I love North Face products, but, Jesus, the sales people are very annoying. As soon as I came in the manager greeted me. Not 5 seconds passed after an associate greeted me and asked If i was looking for anything. I told them no. Before I could even take a few steps another associate came to help me. I understand the importance of good customer service but their intentions were undoubtedly kind and wanting to help, offers of assistance is just too much. I would rather browse at my own pace. Because of that, I've decided to stop going to the store.

Heard about their equity course to receive a discount. Racism at it's finest.
