I came to visit and i didn’t find the right size so I place an order on line with the help of one of the associates in the store., the person who helped out me place the order however he never applied the discount of 30%off to my items. He charge me full price and I was told that they can’t cancel my order anymore. I was over charge $80 for the stuff I bought and also I was charge for shipping. Which I did ask if there was free shipping and I was told YES, however I was still charge for it. Ufff so frustrated and now I have to go thru all the loops to get my money back.

I was not greeted until I checked out and then they asked who was helping me, I assume so they could get commission. The checkout guy offered me 10% off by signing up for the mailing list. He was nice but did not apologize that I was not greeted.

They all act like a disrespectful McDonald's employee. Of the mall. Not recommended. Rude and stuck up individuals who shouldnt be at the mall.

Wow!!! I was hesitant... I went back forth with writing a review. After reading over these reviews, I just have to share some of my experience.My first experience was last October (My birthday gift) started out not so good. I walked in, I was walked passed by one employee, not so much as a hello, welcome in, we'll be right with you... NOTHING. I went to the counter, the told the lady what I wanted she told me... Mike (I think that was his name) is the best, he'll be with you when he's done with his customer. He ended up helping me and it went well. I went back two weeks ago... AND I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! North FACE you should be a ASHAMED!!! I'm getting MAD just writing this and having to think about/re-live this all over again! To the young man who was at the door when we walked in, looked us (my daughter and I who by the way is a 7th and 8th grade PRIVATE school teacher) in the FACE and walked AWAY... You should be retrained...North FACE I'm going to blame you for this... because, this was the experience I had with pretty much all of your employees that day. I feel like if your company trained your employees to meet and greet properly and to have better customer services AND did not tolerate this kind of behavior this would NOT be happing with with your employees... SO much more happened that day, but because I am going to take this to your GM and hope to get some kind of resolution I'll stop here... at least for now.

The customer service at this store is terrible! The salesperson was arrogant and incompetent! He did not know to pull up a digital receipt linked to phone number, kept insisting it’s not possible, & demanded that he needs to see a physical copy of the receipt and the card of original payment. North face has had the option to link phone numbers or emails to purchases Atleast for a few years now. After we kept insisting it’s possible, he asked a colleague to show him how to do it - just a matter of clicking in the right place on their order management system.It’s understandable that everyone needs training & take time to learn the ropes; but behaving as a know it all with over the top arrogance & a rude attitude is just uncalled for!

This is a face that brings SHAME to a great company.The second manager was so rude and even swore at us. We just asked her a question about the price of a coat and are a simple young couple with an 8 month old baby. It’s surprising that North Face is represented by her. Hope the right people will see this review.

Was really bummed they weren't open normal mall hours. Drove all the way there to return something but they were short staffed. Bummer! Def call first.

Okay, we didn't actually even purchase anything at this store, but the gentleman employee in the store was so kind to my son with special needs. Honestly, most store employees avoid making eye contact with us and I will admit it isn't easy shopping with a little guy who compulsively touches things, but this was a huge highlight of our day on Sunday. He gave my son a handkerchief and then his twin brother one as well. Good customer service goes a long way. Thank you!

Bought a nice lightweight jacket from them, paid in cash. lost my receipt. Life happens when you’re a busy person it can be difficult to keep track of all the receipts and so when I came in trying to return a recently purchased item, despite giving them the email and and number I used to purchase the item they would not let me make the return. Many shops will keep records of receipts and there is no problem. Then the girl had the audacity to give me attitude and tell me not to lose my receipt next time.

I love The North Face don't get me wrong, and I've bought tons of stuff from them in the past. For the last 10ish years I've always had something lightweight such as the Denali, Apex Bionic, and the Osito Full Zip (LOVE that one.. softest jacket ever!) And in addition I've bought several hoodies and my last 3 or 4 actual winter jackets (Minnesota and all...) from there too, the last being the Metropolis. All good quality, never had an issue. Even last year when I went into this store it was better. But the other day I bought a couple Tshirts from here and picked up in store. The employee who helped me was friendly and nice, but he took forever in the back looking for my package so I looked around the store a bit. I felt like they had very little inventory compared to every other time I've gone in. Also my t-shirts (although super cute) are just not the quality garments I expected from The North Face. I'm not going to return them but I really hope the brand as a whole isn't slipping on quality!
