Very poorly marked. Sad it's no longer in an open area, now in a store area. Miss it being in front of Macy's. The signs around the mall didn't specify where it was located. Poor experience unfortunately.

This is by far our favorite part of Christmas, we have been coming from Illinois for years to see Santa Syd whom retired and now Santa Sam. The staff always makes it a magical experience. Great prices and options available staff always takes the time to make sure you get what you want.

Wonderful experience with our 18 month old. Friendly great staff and Santa Herman was great. Looking forward to making it a yearly tradition!
