My review has nothing to do with the store or personnel at Mall of America. Good service and good people. It's the merchandise!. I take care of my clothes and as I live in western South Dakota, the majority of my Tommy Bahama clothing is worn only in the summer and perhaps a week in Florida. I have noticed the color coming off the collars of some shirts which is distressing. I called the customer service number and was told that is considered "normal wear and tear" after a year. WHAT? I was told that as a consideration I would get 25% off clothing in the catalog but was give just a few days to decide. I am 6.5 hours away from the nearest store and know that some clothes fit me in a large size and others are better in a medium. How much time should I have to spend sending clothes back and requesting a larger or smaller size? Besides considering what you pay for the clothing to be begin with, it should last years not months.

I stopped into Tommy Bahama to shop for a work conference in California. The dress code was resort casual. Janice was so incredibly helpful and sweet! She helped me find some amazing dresses and a few very versatile jackets to wear. I felt so comfortable and confident while in California! I wish I could thank her personally! Definitely will be back and will be LOVING my purchases I made for a very long time!

This year I had a college 50th Anniversary Yacht experience in Miami Beach and looked to Tommy Bahama for my attire. Taylor Robinson at Mall of America did such an excellent job with my selection that I went back for my Sister's Birthday party in Biscayne Bay, Florida. Thank you again Taylor!!!

Tommy Bahama at the Mall of America is a breath of fresh air. Great store, great product, and great people. Growing up near Santa Cruz, I love the beach vibe and vibrant colors to brighten my world. Staff are helpful (they will tell you when things will go on sale beforehand) and not shy to offer opinions when trying things on (helpful when not shopping with my wife). Highly recommended

I bought an item from Tommy Bahama from a department store, I wanted to further look into what they had to offer (the item I bought is outstanding) To my surprise they didn't have much of what I got elsewhere. I interacted with one staff member who was friendly. The rest of the staff ignored/walked right by me to stand elsewhere. This location is surely a place that'll get you great spring/summer gear. They did have a couple of jackets and vests, but for the most part, it feels like summer in this location. I was impressed by the atmosphere. It truly felt different from any store I've been into. I don't know if I'll be back.
