The car wash is a great spot, always clean and well taken care of. As a realtor, it’s important for a car to look shiny on the outside and clean on the inside, and Tommy’s is #1—would recommend 10/10. The staff are grateful and nice, and anytime help was needed, someone was reachable on the phone. The unlimited lifetime experience is top five, especially during winter salt, summer rain, and seasonal fall dusty clouds. However, some note the rainbow coat is very thin, and hardly any soap is applied to the brushes. When a mirror was damaged on a Sunday evening, the staff didn’t waste any time; by Monday lunchtime, they had contacted with options to get it fixed immediately. They showed care and compassion, making sure the issue was fixed right away. This is why customers always go with Tommy’s.

I think the car wash is okay. They take great care of their equipment but they dont care about the chemicals it seems… rainbow coat is very thin, and they apply hardly (if any) soap to the brushes at all.
