This is my go to liquor store for a reason. Their selection is huge and they are constantly stocking newer labels. I especially love their little locally made sections that are littered through the store. The staff here are also wonderful. They're super nice and helpful, even when I am literally in the soju isle asking where the sujo is.

Amazing..knowledgeable helpful staff.who know their stuff..potter was/is amazing with his depth if understanding of wonderful reasonable priced wines from Italy and portugal..no ? He walks the talking is a great asset to the company..

Spent half-hour selecting good scotch and talking to a nice salesman - turned to be total waste of time because bi-polar punk cashier supported by stupid Minnesota-mean manager refused to check me out BECAUSE I happened to have my young looking wife with me (and she had no ID with her). When I returned there later alone the manager again refused the sale saying that the "ban" is in force for 24 hours. No warning on entree. Rating 1 but in fact it's Big fat zero!
To your response: I adopted a new policy now that I will be boycotting your store until (if ever) you return to common sense and abolish that stupid "policy" of yours. If you ever do please let me know, so that I may reconsider. Until then I'll find better place for my money... bye bye....

I have gone here for the last time! I know its a busy weekend, but consistently this location has the same issues:
1) Horrible Selection of items (low or nonexistent)
2) Very Poor Customer Service
3) The WORST parking of ALL Total Wine Stores.
Eagan location Beats this location on EVERY LEVEL!

I’ve never in my life had to ask a cashier if they were open after standing jn their view for almost a minute because they were texting on their phone. To make it even worse they went back to texting as soon as my items were scanned.
