I really like the convenience of their urgent care. I have seen a few doctors when I've needed a cortisone shot and every single one has been nice. I've had my questions answered and I always feel better after leaving than I did when I got there.

Unable to speak to doctor when in another ER. No follow ups. No communication. Dropped balls. Nurse misdiagnosing and refusing to let patient speak with Doctor. Extremely disrespectful to patient.
