I brought my laptop in because it would not start up. Patrick contacted me with a diagnosis, a corruption in Windows 11 OS, and an estimate within a few days. He backed up my data and reinstalled Windows 11 and my laptop is now good as new. I would definitely recommend Twin Cities PC Repair.

This service was so quick and easy. I had an issue with how Win 11 worked with Zoomtext 2022. However, the issue I brought it in for was that the Office apps wouldn't load after the Win 11 upgrade. They were able to identify that it was a Zoomtext issue, not an Office or Win 11 issue. They upgraded office to O365 and upgraded to Zoomtext 2025 for us, and then everything worked. I thought I had tried everything, but clearly needed someone smarter than me to figure out the accessibility software impact. I am grateful for their expertise, the quick turnaround and a fair price!
