Every Ulta is different. And the one at the Mall of America Bloomington is top of the line. After a unpleasant experience in Onalaska Wi and trying to resolve it with rude staff I decided not to use my card or enter the store again. Today I met the greatest staff ever. Miah created a sensational new look for my daughter and then did the same for me. Miah called in Mandy to assist us in finding the products to recreate the look at home. I can not put to words how patient and knowledgeable these two girls are. And the staff in general at this location. I will happily drive two and a half hours to give this store my business. ROCK STARS!

I went in to get wax and tint and Tawny was my stylist and my eyebrows are beautiful I have an Ulta Beauty closer to me but Tawny came highly recommended and let me tell you she definitely lived up to what I was told and she actually went over and beyond. Amazing customer service I can't wait until my next appointment with Tawny. I also ended up getting a haircut as well again everything is beautiful. Eyebrows, Hair all done by Tawny. I highly recommend going to see Tawny. I can't leave out Wanda the manager she also made me feel so comfortable and welcomed, she has a great relationship with her customers and employees. Thanks again guys for everything today.

Uncomfortably pushy about the phone number. When it got to the point that I had to be extremely firm with the “no,” she then asked my CHILD for a number!!!

Once again, insisted on a phone number, address, and Email!!! Persistent!!! Sales lady super helpful, but checkout lady said I can't return an item later if I don't give a phone number...ummm....I have a receipt!!!! I said," no, thank you, I just want to buy this." About 5 times!!!!!!

Was looking for Kitsch bar shampoo. Had to get help even though it was in front of me! The lady was very friendly and offered some help with what to choose. Also learned Ulta is coming to Canada!

I have never ever seen a resist customer service and canceled everything because her hair will take too long to do, and they have another more important appointment. We scheduled 4 days before the appointment, and they asked to send in her hair picture just to say NO. I called and talked to the manager, and she told me it would be a different color if she wanted to do it and we could reschedule to fix to the color she wanted. This is unfair, unprofessional, and clearly THEY ARE PROFILING HER!!!

My grandma came in to cover her grey hairs and brown hair dye! Miah did a great job with covering these pieces! She also gave us advice on which color shampoo we should get to keep the hair nice and colored in the future!

We talked how I wanted my haircut and color. Both were completely ignored. I spent over $100 and then went to Great Clips to fix the haircut. When stylists use products, round brushes and blow dryers they can make anything look good. What we want is it to be a good hair cut after the shampoo at home.
