Very disappointing experience. The only notary in the building refused to notarize a POA document citing “there is a lot going on here” and acted like he had never seen a POA document even though he notarized that another family that I witnessed. I would think that notaries would recognize the documents they sign on a daily basis but I guess competence is not a strong suit at this location which is a bummer as this is the only ups close and that has decent notary hours, even though it is only 6 hours a day in the middle of the day. I did explain where he needed to sign but he said you get something in the mail for this and rambled on about his experience which was not relevant considering I work with legal documents all day long and know exactly how to fill and complete them. As a fellow notary I’m very disappointed that this location has individuals who don’t know how to carry out their duties, or have people who are unwilling.

I am in the Southtown store almost weekly for both business and personal. Seems like David and Alex are always there! 😆 Both are so efficient, helpful and friendly. Love this location!

I used the UPS store to return equipment to my former satellite provider. UPS took care of all packaging. The staff were friendly and efficient and made the task extremely easy!

I paid to have an old chest shipped to me. It's not really valuable but it's been in the family for a long time. I repeatedly asked to have it marked Fragile and to wrap it some padding. The clerk assured me that he would, at least twice. It arrived today with nothing indicating fragile and no padding. What a worthless business.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I was disappointed by a recent experience that took place right in front of me. I was standing there when the issue occurred. David refused to call a manager or ask the colleague working next to him to assist by reviewing the document for notarization. I hope management will review the security footage to see what happened and address the situation appropriately.

David was very helpful. The forms that i needed would not print, so after second try David had me go the computer with him so I could see what he was doing and got the forms to print. What customer service!
